BC'S Favorite Guest Ranch

AmandaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Montana Hill was a beautiful spot for our little honeymoon. Elaine and her husband were super welcoming and very friendly. We felt at home soon as we got there and were warmly greeted by Elaine. She was very communicative and always responded immediately. She had the fireplace going in the cabin when we arrived so it was cozy when we walked in. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured but even better. The hot tub was one of our many favorite things about the cabin next to the view! We also opted for the breakfast and burger meal on our one full day there and were not disappointed! Elaine is an amazing cook, the food was DELICIOUS. We enjoyed every item on our very large platter of food both meals. We felt very spoiled. We also were able to go for a walk around the property, pet some of the friendly horses and checked a trail out back. We really can't say enough great things about our stay or our host Elaine. We found a new little happy place and we will definitely be back!

Valley View Acres Suite. Private Entrance!

I didn’t actually get to stay here -I misjudged the location and it ended up being too far from my new workplace so had to cancel. Host was very communicative, checked in on my welfare after I had to cancel which was a lovely gesture. If I do come back that way I would definitely reserve a room based on the great service

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage located on a working ranch

DeniseRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We arrived at the property after a long day of driving and received friendly greetings from one of the hosts, as well as from the farm dogs 😊 The cottage and surrounding property were very peaceful. It was lovely to be able to walk down to the pond and watch the ducks. Horses and cows were also within view and a family of 4 deer made a couple of appearances too! I felt rested and rejuvenated after our stay. I wish we had been able to stay for more than one night. I'd definitely book this accommodation again if I'm ever in the area.

Farm Stay in the North Thompson

YannickRating, 5 stars8 months ago
My partner and I had an extraordinary experience staying at Cindy's & Shayne's beautiful farm. The cabin & farm is surrounded by great care & attention to detail. You can feel the love & dedication Shayne & Cindy have put into this place over the years. The cabin offers great privacy, records & movies for late-night entertainment, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The patio was a great spot to eat our breakfast, take in the views of the surrounding mountains, and stargaze at night. We had a lot of fun strolling around the farm, sampling different fruits, and taking in the wonderful biodiversity. Thank you, Cindy & Shayne, for sharing this piece of paradise with us - we hope to be back one day.

Peaceful Farm Glamping Getaway

The ranch of Michelle and Len is a peaceful place. Michelle has been a kind and welcoming host! It's been a pleasure to meet their friendly animals, and visit this lovely ranch :) The northern lights from the fire pit were the icing on the cake! Beware: don't miss the ferry! If you do, maybe ask Michelle a draw of the road on Google Maps to complete her written indications. Thanks a lot :)

Spuraway Cabin Farm Stay: Now Sleeps 4!

GregRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Natalie's cabin is a very warm and cozy place to stay. The 6 nights I spent there were most comfortable, while I was away working during the day. Hiro, their super friendly dog was always there to greet me on my return. He was a true Good-Host ambassador. I would definitely rebook this cabin if I return to the area. Thank you Natalie.....and Hiro!
