Vanta una posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla spiaggia del Lido, centro storico, negozi , ristoranti e bar. Risulta così suddivisa : soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto, camera con letto alla francese , bagno con Wc lavabo e doccia, terrazza esterna dotata di tavolo e sedie dove potersi rilassare bevendo un drink o cenare, lettini solari.
