Relax at our private guest house (Mout’s Place) with a unique Fire Fighter theme. We are located off of 1-49 and I-10 and within a 15 mile radius to downtown Lafayette, Cajun restaurants, local and antique shops, and scenic bayous. Mardi Gras, festival goers, or just a relaxing getaway. Huge outdoor covered patio with comfortable seating and sounds of waterfall from pool. Fire pit in winter. Super comfy beds. Can accommodate up to four people. No parties or events. Super clean :)

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.
