Leisure area with swimming pool and another full bathroom. In Balneário de Capri, beaches and rivers are all around. A natural wonder. Come and make yourself at home.

Capri Beach House Residencial Familiar has two apartments available for rent. They are located on the 2nd floor of the residential building, one studio for 4 people and one apartment with 3 bedrooms for 8 people (with independent rentals). The common area has a gourmet barbecue with a kitchen (see house rules) and a rooftop pool with a gazebo with a privileged view of Babitonga Bay. Inside the residential complex, there is an apartment on the ground floor where the Host and the Owner reside.

You will sleep listening to the relaxing noise of the waves and enjoy the cool breeze and sea view of virtually every room in the house. Walk on the sand or bring your bike for a ride on the bike path. Family beach, great for kids. All 4 bedrooms have AIR-CONDITIONING and ceiling fans. There is no problem with lack of water, as we have a well and a cistern. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have an AIR FRYER.
