Liz has thought of everything anyone could need for a home from home. Details, information and instructions were all to hand as well as Liz being responsive throughout our stay and since booking. The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

I found the sleeping place beautiful made - and it is rural and at the same time close to the beach. Communication with Annalisa (helpfull in English - great) was very smooth. Definitely recommended.

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as checkout. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly next to the front door, so very convenient. We loved everything and we'll be back for sure. My friends and I were guests of Roberto for two nights, a pleasant stay that met expectations. The area is very quiet and the house is spacious in the rooms and common spaces tidy and equipped with comfortable private bathrooms. We would have liked more clarity about the extra contribution to the kitchen but otherwise the stay was great, as did Roberto's availability.

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

The house is very nice, clean and cozy. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful village. From the terrace the view is amazing. The only flaw is the steps of the internal staircase are too high, especially for small children.

Very clean accommodation. Breakfast with donuts and various delicacies (tarts, cookies and croissants). Kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Beautiful and clean bedrooms. Impeccable bathrooms with towels, shampoo, bath gel, hairdryer etc... Congratulations!!!

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet area of the countryside, perfect for relaxing, and the private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpacas, from which she makes beautiful handicrafts

Words cannot express just how wonderful the apartment is. We have stayed many times in Vasto and this is by far the best. Ideal location between the Marina and Town, it has some of the best views available from the rooms and balcony at the front, whilst the rear terrace was perfect for eating with views of the town. Giuseppe is the perfect host, and daily gave us items from his garden. Will happily return and highly recommend to anyone.

It was wonderful to experience the beautiful town of Capestrano. The home was charming, cozy and comfortable and so romantic! Easy drives to Sulmona, L'aquila and Pescara.

5-star review We spent an unforgettable New Year's Eve night in a house that looked like it came out of a fairy tale, surrounded by snow in the wonderful village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. A real treat, with attention to the smallest details, welcoming and perfectly inserted in the magical context of the village. The location was perfect for exploring two iconic places: Campo Imperatore and Rocca Calascio, where we did two days of spectacular hiking, surrounded by unspoiled nature and breathtaking views. Special praise goes to the host, very kind, professional and always available, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and recommend this home to anyone who wants to live a unique experience among nature, history and relaxation.
