Very good and comfortable house! Well clean, we were able to hire a live song for the afternoon! The only exception is that we were unable to use the freezer because it was not freezing. The beds are comfy and the space of the house well suited. I recommend the accommodation!

The house perfectly suited our group. The house is simply wonderful, better than the pictures! Full of details, decor, garden and impeccable cleanliness! The bedding is clean and smells good, the mattresses and pillows are of great quality, the shower is simply the best part of the bathrooms! lol Each family was comfortably settled in their suite. The barbecue area, swimming pool and sauna are delightful and the view from the house to the lake is simply wonderful! Gi the employee is a million dollar question! Very helpful, polite, friendly and made delicious food! We made all the difference in our stay! We left with a taste of wanting more! We will definitely be back!!!

Grandpa's house is extremely cozy and the place is beautiful, Joana is an amazing host and has always been in contact with us to give us the instructions on how to get in, how to get into the house and the tours they had to do in the area. Casa is extremely complete with everything that is described in the ad and was glowing clean when we arrived, you could literally lick the floor. We feel at home from the moment we arrived until the moment that unfortunately we had to leave, there is a hotel in front of the house but we do not hear any noise coming from there, a very calm, peaceful and quiet place, at most you hear from time to time one car or other passing through the road, but nothing that hinders the peace of the place. I highly recommend it for those who want to visit Capitol and surroundings, it is close to the city where you have a market, pharmacy, restaurants, fair, etc. One day we'll still be back because we love the stay and recommend it 100%.

Wonderful days with the family. Large and comfortable house, with a wonderful view of the dam. Quiet Neighborhood, far from the center, but with easy access by a very quiet road.

The house is compatible with the listing! We felt really good and at home. I only suggest repairs to the toilets: sinks and showers, as non-compliance in the operation disturbed our use (shower no hot water, leaky sink and hygienic shower was not working). Taking away these unforeseen events, Felipe always answered us quickly and the house is very cozy. We indicate for sure!

The stay was excellent, starting with the very friendly and proactive hostess, who always responded to messages very quickly, in addition to giving several tips about the place, we were very well received by the caretaker, who went to the house every day to clean the pool. The house is very beautiful, everything is clean and organized, wonderful decoration, it has everything you need in the kitchen, air-conditioning in all the rooms working perfectly. Anyway, our family enjoyed it very much and we want to return as soon as possible.

I only recommend adjusting the fan in one of the rooms, which is making a lot of noise and changing the seats of the toilets of two bathrooms, but nothing that belittles the house. The house is great for spending a few days with family or friends, resting and relaxing. Very nice place, spacious, beautiful, well organized. Very well prepared and structured barbecue area and swimming pool. House with well-organized bedrooms, large, good bathrooms, living room and large kitchens. The house is inside the furnas dam. It is not on the waterfront, but very close to places for bathing and boating. Tatiana guided us right and a simple survey shows us many options for walking around. Bakery and market very close. I highly recommend the place and I hope to return with my family.

We loved the house, especially the outdoor area. Pedro installed heaters in the pool recently, it was perfect! The view of the lake is a show apart. The rooms correspond to the pictures. Showers are good. The house is very close to a point of departure of boat trips, we went on foot. 15 min drive from the heart of Capitol. The neighborhood is safe. Leila helped us with tour recommendations and was very helpful with everything. We'll be back for sure! Note: you need to take bed linens or rent the part.

We had a great stay! We were in a group of 8 people and with children. The house is very spacious, equipped kitchen, the pool was clean and was well enjoyed by the children. The condominium is very quiet. Jacqueline is always very attentive and helpful.
