We had a great stay. The apartment is very pleasant, bright, in a quiet residence and with a magnificent view of the Garonne from the terrace. It is well located just a few minutes walk from the Place de Saint Pierre and pedestrian streets to access the city center. Parking space is also a plus.

I highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant time near the center with quiet and necessary shops nearby. Ugo and his co-hostess are attentive and offer a personal welcome. A big thank you.

Very peaceful apartment, in a quiet building. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It's also very functional. The bedding is quality, and it's lovely. To top it all off, Guilhem offers a very friendly personalized welcome. I was able to enjoy the secure parking. Bus number 28 took me to the very center very quickly. If necessary, I will repeat the experience without hesitation!

Excellent accommodation, very cozy, functional. Jean-Marc is attentive and super understanding. The place is super well connected, Leclerc Blagnac is an 8-minute drive, the property is also super secure. Don't be afraid of the lack of reviews for this listing. I wasn't disappointed, so go there without a second thought.

The accommodation is very nice, everything is there, to feel good! Sandrine has everything in her home for parents, grandparents and children, lots of toys, books, games etc... the bedroom with a double bed is perfect for hosting them. The kitchen is great, nothing is missing, the living area is pleasant with a nice outdoor courtyard. As described, trains pass nearby but it remains bearable on the terrace and once inside with windows closed, no discomfort. Jean-Louis's apartment is very clean and very quiet. Her kitchen is well equipped. Its balcony facing the Garonne opens onto a beautiful green setting. This outdoor space is lovely. Excellent starting point for visiting the most interesting and lively neighborhoods of Toulouse such as Saint-Cyprien, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

Small studio in a good location in the city center close to the Capitol (9 min walk) in a secure residence. A free parking space under the building. Functional, clean, bright and fairly quiet accommodation. Friendly host. I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Lynda’s apartment. The location was ideal for accessing from airport then getting out for day trips via train/bus station. It is a bustling part of town, a stone’s throw from a boulangerie and carrefour, some nice bars, then a few more minutes to Victor Hugo and Capitol. Loved Toulouse, very cool vibe. But also loved chilling at the apartment, picking up bits for dinner then sitting eating and drinking on the balcony whilst playing card games was ideal. Great that the place had air con and cooking facilities. Lynda’s communication was excellent before the trip and throughout, she provided some excellent recommendations and we went to them all! Also had a lovely day trip out to Carcassonne. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Lynda!

Guillaume was nice and very responsive. Stayed in the apartment for a month and there was no other apartment at a more affordable price in Toulouse. A very handy location with a direct access to the bypass and free parking. The apartment would benefit from better and more pleasant lighting and a more detailed clean. Overall, great for short and cost-effective stays!

Minimalist apartment, spacious and bright. The living room opens onto a balcony that is not overlooked, and well oriented. Huge TV screen. The Wifi works well. You can easily find (I was there on weekdays) a parking space near the entrance of the residence (the one I found was 3 meters away... great for unloading and reloading the car). Ophelie accepted me, at the last moment, with my 2 small dogs, I thank her warmly. I found the mattress in the room a little hard for my taste. I appreciated being able to stay until noon.

Simone is very welcoming, available. The apartment was very clean. The environment is nice. The residence is secure and has parking. To get to the center of Toulouse, the bus stop is nearby. the Stay at Valentin's place was a very positive one, I was met on arrival earlier than the check in time and shown around the apartment, it completely matched the description 100%, fantastic for the price you pay, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. thankyou Valentin 🙂🙂
