Great experience with a group of friends for one night and then move on the slopes of Roccaraso for a day in the snow. Ideal accommodation also for those like us who had children in tow. Great communication with Marinella, always responsive to every emergency.

Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. There are no weeds. The pool and surroundings are also very nicely laid out, lots of space. We had a very relaxing holiday. Thanks very much. Anja and family

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. We had a great time at this villa. Clean rooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Terrace with a pool and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Roman hills. Great location to spend a vacation with family and friends. Edoardo was very nice and available to our requests.

We stayed at Kristina's place for a weekend with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed: absolutely nothing was missing. The view is simply beautiful, it accompanied us at all times of the day making the stay even more special. A special thank you also goes to the neighbors, Luigi and Ivana, very kind and welcoming people who made us feel really welcome. Kristina was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. My friends and I were guests of Roberto for two nights, a pleasant stay that met expectations. The area is very quiet and the house is spacious in the rooms and common spaces tidy and equipped with comfortable private bathrooms. We would have liked more clarity about the extra contribution to the kitchen but otherwise the stay was great, as did Roberto's availability.

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

A very nice stay in Cecilia's pretty blue house with superb mountain views and very nice decoration in the house. Everything is clean and well-equipped. Access is a bit tricky so plan to communicate well with Cecilia in order to get a parking space. A beautiful village that's quiet, relaxing and pleasant. I would really recommend it, Cecilia was very accommodating despite our late arrival following a change in our schedule, a big thank you again, very friendly and serious person. The place is perfect for a visit to the area. A clean and comfortable little house, a full and very comfortable kitchen where we could cook. The village of Spedino is very quiet with views of the mountains. Great experience.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

We had a great stay here while we were exploring the Abruzzo region. House was immaculately clean and while traveling with a group of 4 we felt like we had our own separate rentals in one house. Best shower I had while I was in Italy. The host was very communicative and accommodating to us. Wish we would have had time to stay longer to enjoy the house more. There is so much beauty in this part of Italy and this makes a great home base if you are looking for a place in the area

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special.
