Beautiful house! Comfortable, spacious, clean and cozy. Special to spend a few days relaxing with the family. It has everything you need and more. Super complete. The large, well-kept patio; the rooms are comfortable and nice; several bathrooms; the common spaces are spacious and complete with everything you need. Perfect location: away from the noise and close to everything at the same time. Great hosts, warm and attentive. We're definitely going back!

Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

This place is fairly new, the view towards the mountains was spectacular, the pool was beautiful and much larger than most Airbnbs, everything was like the photos, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and good sized bathrooms. There was no water in the upstairs bathroom the two nights we were there, but I believe that is a problem with the town supply, not the condominio itself. (During the day there was water upstairs, and there is a downstairs bathroom, so it was manageable.) You need to be aware that the only access to the two upstairs bedrooms is via a spiral staircase. It was very peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay! Great location if you enjoy hiking.

Great house, place is quiet, huge front porch. Large area. We enjoyed spending a few days in this house. Nearby store and pharmacy. Our little dog enjoyed playing on the property.

Jessica was an amazing host and very quick to respond to any questions. The place was better than advertised, pictures dont do the grounds justice. The outside area was beautiful and a perfect place to relax and hang out. Thank you for everything Jessica, we will be coming back.

The place is airy, has all the appliances- even filtered drinking water, which is a huge thing. Backyard with a pool is nice. Quiet neighbourhood. The host Vivi is friendly, perfect communication in English.
