A dream stay in an exceptional area! François is available while remaining discreet. The decor and layout are beautiful. Everything is very clean. The garden is very well maintained. We highly recommend this rental!

Not much to say. Great place with very nice exteriors. Only small downside is missing a door to a bedroom. there is only a curtain and moreover the room in front of the toilets. Too bad otherwise everything was fine.

We were fortunate to stay in this villa with friends during our stay in Guadeloupe. For 10 people, the villa was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. The photos matched the listing exactly, I would even say that they cannot do justice to the view offered by this villa. The location is very good, not too far from the markets, easily accessible beach, with cars it is possible to walk everywhere on the island. The host was available all week and hosted us as friends by recommending several restaurants and activities. Thanks Lawrence for the memories of a lifetime! Next time !

yannick is an extremely kind , responsive host, giving information about nearby activities, committed to offering quality, clean, beautifully decorated, tastefully decorated quality homes. The bedding is quality , linens is also the linens. We were charmed by the place , the panorama , the spa in the evening facing the sunset over the sea and Yannick's kindness. I recommend Jardin Zen .

I was totally flabbergasted by the amazing views, the superbly maintained and tasteful property and the general French Caribbean “vibe” We totally enjoyed our stay here and it was a pity we could not book it for longer. We will definitely try to get back as soon as we can!!

Top house, in the center of Saint François. Didier waited for us on a Saturday night at 9PM (thank you to him). He was responsive to our requests. The accommodation matched our expectations with top facilities (air conditioning, kitchen, shower room). Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

The house is really beautiful and very nicely decorated. It's even nicer than the pictures! The rooms are very comfortable and the terrace/pool area is just amazing! The climb to the house is a bit rough, but it is 2 minutes from a highway that makes travel quite easy. Communication with the owner was very smooth, she even advised us on a nanny so that we could have our children looked after for half a day. We would highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay in every way. The house was a perfect base camp for exploring Guadeloupe! Our group of 8 (grandparents, parents, teens, children) greatly appreciated the large spaces offered by the house and its many amenities. We highly recommend it!

We stayed at Sylvie's with the family . The space is spacious , (consistent with the photos ) well equipped and the pool is great! And the main thing: the view!!!! Sylvie and her husband are responsive and attentive hosts. I recommend it!

We had a great family vacation at this villa! On site, we had everything we needed, and we were able to enjoy the large terrace as well as the pool with the children. We had a wonderful family stay in Guadeloupe thanks to the hospitality and the beautiful Villa de Ming & Arnaud. Everything is done to make you feel at home. And it started before we arrived with care, very considerate and available they even added services just to satisfy us! (Crib and pool alarm for safety) A warm welcome from Ming with a full tour of the villa to introduce us to all the assets it has. Also available very easily for the duration of our stay. Very comfortable, quite secluded the villa will offer you peace and quiet for a beautiful stay. A very big thank you we will be sure to recommend you and keep the address for a future trip. we were delighted by the rental, located quietly but close enough to all amenities (marina 8 minutes away, supermarket 5 minutes away...). pool, garden and house very well decorated and very pleasant to stay in.

We had a lovely stay at Nanou's house. A quiet and peaceful place, not overlooked. The pool is very nice as is the terrace where we spent some good evenings. A place we recommend and where we could come back to.

We spent 4 absolutely amazing days, We didn't want to leave, the house and the view are perfect! We'll be happy to go back in September! The contact with Virginia was very nice, she is very attentive to her tenants. And as a bonus, we were lucky enough to see a whale right from the sofa! We recommend eyes a second thought!
