Cottage vacation rentals in Cape Cod Bay

Carl’s cottage was the perfect little get away! It was just the right size for me and my husband and very close to the beach. The yard was a bit overgrown but other than that, a great place!

Teagan’s place was exactly as described. Had a girls trip memorial day weekend and the spot didn’t disappoint. There were enough beds to accomodate us, it was spacious and very clean. We could see the beach path through the sliders and we were able to walk right down to the beach. Unfortunately there was a huge storm during half our trip but the cottage was such a cute spot to just chill and relax while waiting out the storm.

Really enjoyed this stay!! The hot tub was perfect for the chilly nights during the weekend, the kitchen was furnished with snacks, the bed was supremely comfortable, and the windows brought in great sunlight. Would absolutely recommend it, and hope to stay again in the future.

Art is simply amazing to deal with for a host very responsive, home is beautiful right on the lake plenty of room for 2 -3 families..this is our 3rd year staying and hands down our favorite airbnb.

We loved our short but sweet stay at Casa Sebastian. The ambience and decor are so thoughtful and we immediately felt at home. The Duplo blocks were an instant mood booster to our frustrated toddler (as was looking out the windows in the loft). The walk to the beach along the wooden boardwalk and path was short and a fun activity for our son. Even on a rainy day, we felt cozy and at ease listening to the rain and watching movies. We would love to stay again in the future! Thank you Mikhail and Erin!

I loved this space so much. I felt at home and comfortable as a solo traveler and only wished for more time to enjoy and explore the area! ❤️

Mazie was great host and her place was perfect for our family. Walkable to beach. The kids could ride their bikes on the dead end road and they had a little candy and Icecream store they liked to bike to not far. The inside was great. We had four kids and our two youngest loved the little loft area as their room. The backyard was great for relaxing grilling and the outdoor shower was perfect to have for back and forth trips to the beach all day. Mazie was a great host and we are grateful for our stay at her beautiful home.

We loved our stay at Nathanial’s cottage. It was very easy to get into and all of the instructions were clear! Great outdoor seating that was nice and private. Perfect location to Commercial Street. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

We had such an amazing time at Anne’s beachfront cottage. My girlfriend, pup and I spent about a week there to celebrate my birthday and staying here while on the island made it such a stress free trip. The house was well-stocked with supplies, towels, and pantry items that we would have otherwise forgotten to bring. The LOCATION was unbeatable, close to everything while still being secluded from the main road. The backyard views were immaculate, sitting on the beach for the sunset and enjoying the breeze, playing in the water with the dog. We all loved it! My only minor complaint is that the beach got a bit dirty with seaweed by the end of our stay, but I know that’s unavoidable due to the position within the cove. We would definitely come back for a future stay on the Vineyard!

It was such a happy stay in Provincetown. The cottage is wonderfully located, close to everything. It has two very well stocked kitchens, lovely linens and towels. We were a family of 4 and the only missing part was a table for us to break bread together, but this was a small price to pay in return for all the other features. By the time you book, Michael might have upgraded to include a larger table in the downstairs apartment as there seems to be improvements in the works. Michael was a pleasure to speak with and very responsive. Enjoy!

Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

It was our second time staying at Amanda’s beautiful cottage and we hope not the last! The space is adorable and very spacious for a couple or a couple plus a guest (which was the case on this visit). The garden is a wonderful oasis to hang out and have meals and we appreciated Amanda being flexible to allow us to bring a solo stove. The area is so rich with wildlife and Mashpee Neck and the causeway beach are the best. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay! The setting was incredibly serene, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. All of the amenities, especially the boats and kayaks, were very accessible, and we used them throughout our stay — it really made the experience special. We also loved spending cozy nights around the campfire, which added such a warm and memorable touch. There was so much for the kids to do, and they had a fantastic time as well! The host was so kind and welcoming, and communication was very easy from start to finish. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it made for a truly wonderful getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, fun, and family-friendly escape!

The house worked great for our group! The location is perfect - right off of Commercial Street but far enough to be away from the commotion, and having a designated parking space is certainly a perk! Everything in the house was very clean and well/thought out. The bed was very comfortable. The pull-out couch was a bit small for two adults, but we made do.

We had a wonderful stay at Bonnie’s cottage! It was quaint and cozy. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 3 and our doggie ! Bonnie was extremely helpful and responsive providing clear instructions and videos. We loved the location being so close to the beach and many other great restaurant spots/ desserts. Check-in/out was very easy. We would recommend this place to anyone planning a small trip to the cape!

Perfect spot for a quick get away with my husband. It was October so this busy beach area was quiet and relaxing. The cottage was perfect for the two of us. It looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home! I highly recommend Julie and David’s cottage!

Fantastic is the most appropriate word to describe our stay at the cottage. The location is very convenient to everything but it's also in a peaceful, private, wooded setting. The cottage is very close to perfect with a very comfortable but classy feel. It had everything we needed, had a fireplace that got used every night and the only bed we used in the master was as comfortable as ours at home. You can get to everything on MV in about 30 minutes but that's going from one tip of the island all the way to the Cliffs at the other end of MV. Each of the three towns (Vineyard Haven, Oaks Bluff and Edgartown) is within 2-15 minutes at most so it's a GREAT location for getting to all the places you'll want to spend time. Each has what we found to be a different personality/things to do. Marilyn's communication was stellar and she was beyond accommodating. This is one of our top 3 trips in 30+ years. The cottage makes it ideal and MV does not disappoint! Cannot wait to return!

My wife and I just returned from a week stay at this very nice cottage. It was clean and well equipped with everything one could need for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and still close enough for easy travel to restaurants and services. I fished in the canal every day with some success. Access was an easy, less than five minute bike ride. Our host Haley provided helpful clear details about the cottage inside and out and let us know that she was available if needed.

we stayed for a week in August and had a fantastic time!!. the cottage is located a few stairs away from a beautiful private beach..my kids had a lot fun playing on the beach.the cottage has all what you need for a relaxing week in cape cod. short drive to restaurants and local amenities. Bruce has been very helpful and always available.we will.come back for sure.

This place exceeded our expectations & needs! The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier at a cost & we’re so glad we did. It was a beautiful location & set up. We enjoyed the special touches to make it feel welcoming. Thanks for the “extras” you offered incase we forgot to bring anything. Everything was great. Would most definitely stay here again!

You can’t say enough wonderful things about Daniela. The location was extremely easy access to everything.. there is no better view in all of Truro! The unit was exactly as you see it, and is so much better in person! We enjoyed every moment!

To say that Wharf Cottage is idyllic is an understatement. This cottage is a dream. Wharf cottage is not your average Airbnb. This is a thoughtfully curated & designed home that provides a bespoke experience, unlike anything else. We have stayed at more than 40 different Airbnb’s & other rental properties and Carol’s place is the only one that actually brought tears to my eyes. We came to Cape Cod from California for a week for the hydrangea festival. We chose Wharf cottage because it was surrounded by hydrangeas & I loved the decor. When we pulled up to the home, the hydrangeas were in full bloom, & it was breathtaking. The whole property is lovely. The inside of the home is absolutely charming and very well done. The neighborhood was very quiet & peaceful. Carol had lots of great recommendations for places to eat & we ate at most of what she recommended. Despite her well appointed kitchen we didn’t cook one meal. Take route 6A whenever you can. Trust me. Until next time!
