Cape Ann vacation rentals

We stayed here for a week, and fell in love with it! The house has so much charm and character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and want to stay there again. It was within walking distance to many places, including a beach. A definite charm in Beverly! The host was amazing! She was very responsive to our questions, and checked in a few times to see if we needed anything, which I appreciated. You are missing out if you don’t stay here!

The location was perfect. We selected the cottage because of the proximity to Hampton State Park Beach which was, as is described in the posting, only a few steps away. The cottage is also quite close to the boardwalk. It would be great for a group that wanted the best of both - quiet neighborhood and accessible to eating and entertainment. The cottage was clean and cozy, just right for our party of four, and had available many little items travers might need or left behind at home. Sharon was helpful and very responsive.

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and ready to go. Correspondence was always pleasant and swift. We will definitely return to either this property or one of their other listings. Thanks!

House was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away. There was some mold in the bottom of the shower which was the only downside, but it did not detract from the overall stay. Would stay here again!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Had a great experience staying at Laura’s place! All the listed amenities were provided, and everything was just as described. Laura was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay. It’s a fantastic spot to relax and have fun – highly recommended!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

Had a great experience here! Very cute and quaint. It’s a short walk to the waterfront and to a hotspot of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The outdoor patio and seating is perfect to enjoy weather.

We had a great stay at Sunset Cottage! It was super clean and in a great location. Plus the downstairs game room was a fun spot to hang out. We’d definitely book another trip here in the future.

Will is not only an excellent host, but completely available for any question big or small. We had one small mishap happen in the house (something completely random) and Will could NOT have been more helpful and amenable. I was blown away by Will’s care for us. Beyond that, I’ll say again and again, the property is exceptional and worth every penny. The property itself, the surroundings/views, the fresh sea air, the bridges/boats, the restaurants, the two towns within pleasant and easy walking distances… Whew! We’ll definitely be renting it again and again as long as they keep it on Airbnb!! Thanks again Will & family!

We had an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear our host had gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect close to the beach, yet peaceful and quiet. Our host was fantastic with communication, providing clear check-in instructions and local recommendations that made our experience even better. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and would love to return in the future.

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

Another amazing stay at Salty Girl! Erin’s home is spotless and calm and inviting. There were so many small touches to make a family’s stay easy like a toy drawer, step stool in the bathroom, and stuffed animals for the kids in the bunk room! Truly so thoughtful. The location couldn’t be better with an easy walk to the bay and beach. Really peaceful surroundings. Thank you! We can’t wait to return!!!

Great place for our coaches to meet up and sleep after a full day of coaching in Boston area. Very comfortable space. Highly recommend this home.

Quaint, clean and very spacious home. We were a party of 10 and had plenty of room. Jenny was very helpful from start to finish.

Loved this rental! Katie was so nice and very accommodating! This house was great! Pictures didn’t do it justice! Plenty of room and amazing views. My favorite room was the sitting room upstairs with views from every window! Lots of clean linens and super comfy beds! Check in and check out were a breeze. Easy to follow instructions on how to close up. Only complaint was on me! Wish we booked “in season” to take advantage of the beach! We will definitely be back! Thank you again, Katie! Your place and you, were top notch!

Fatima's place was welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. I enjoyed the amount of space we had for a large group. The transit nearby was down but they still had busses to accommodate. Definitely an amazing value for what we paid. I'd definitely recommend it for a bachelor party or any large group outing. We couldn't have had a better time!

The apartment was as listed, and very clean, with all the amenities we needed to stay there. It was centrally located to all the areas we went to. The directions to get in were very clear. Dev was very responsive when I contacted him and it was overall a great stay.
