A good shower, clean house, safe location. The apartment has a living room with smart TV, a sofa bed (which sleeps two people), a bookcase with a variety of books. An en-suite with a 1.38-meter massage mattress, desk, custom-built wardrobe with space and hangers to accommodate clothes, air-conditioning, and an extra single mattress. The kitchen is well equipped, with a table for four people, a cooktop stove, and a refrigerator. Bath towels and bed linens are available. NO GARAGE.

Two-story house with exclusive access to water, barbecue and hot tub in a gated community, safe and monitored by cameras. Two air-conditioned en-suites and minibar + two shared air-conditioned bedrooms. House Rules: It must be returned with the dishes washed and the garbage taken to the central garbage dump of the condominium. Holidays: minimum of three nights. We do not provide life jackets. All guests must be registered 4 days in advance at the front desk.

A quiet, well-located place. Large apartment located in the center of Capanema, close to the market, pharmacy, beach tennis court, restaurants, easy access, with a parking space in an enclosed area. Pets are allowed. Secure location. The apartment is on the third floor of the building where our family lives. (Us, my father, my daughter). If you are in a group of up to 7 people, we have an extra mattress that can be placed on the floor.
