Completely new house fully equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing holiday, without having to worry about anything. We have employees to serve breakfast, for a price to agreed, clean all spaces every day according to current hygiene standards and leave the space completely tidy. Staff will also be able to serve lunch (10€) and dinner (12€) / person, upon request. We have an ultra HD TV with Netflix Premium, Spotify Premium, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and multimedia systems with LEDs on the ceiling to guarantee lots of fun day and night. Swimming pool, WIFI, laundry and ironing service, € and $ exchange for local currency at market prices and lots of friendliness on offer. Domus Guesthouse is located in the beautiful and paradisiac islands of Sao Tome and Principe, on the line of the Equator (Africa). This apartment hosts 1 to 4 guests (the price is set for 4 guests; contact us for a special price if there are fewer guests). It has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a balcony, ensuring privacy and comfort to those who wish to stay with us. We also have a swimming pool with a fantastic view. It’s close to the capital city (5kms) and to the beach (500m).

The house is located in lovely surroundings with approx. 500 meters to the beach Sete Ondas which offers a restaurant and bar, as well as a lively beach with warm waves and the opportunity to surf. In the small town of Alto Douro you will be able to take a football match with the locals. You will also be able to buy a refreshment at one of the two bars in town. Don't expect Copacabana conditions, we are talking about local Sao Tome conditions :)
