We had a lovely stay! The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. The area is beautiful and wonderfully quiet, you only hear the birds chirping and the river flowing. The house is very private and is on an olive grove, so you are surrounded by greenery here. Monica is a wonderful woman, who has made her wonderful dream come true here in this beautiful place. She goes out of her way for her guests. By car, you can reach all kinds of beautiful places in nature or at nice small villages/towns nearby. The park Maiella is nearby and has beautiful walks through the mountains and along the river Orta. In the village a few kilometers away is a large supermarket and several restaurants can be found at a short distance. This place is recommended if you want to discover this region!

We spent an incredible stay in your house, the design and location are outstanding. And it’s a beautiful combination of architecture, design and nature!

Farmhouse nothing short of amazing! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

A beautiful small house in a wonderfully peaceful location, highly recommend for anyone seeking to relax, unwind and to enjoy spectacular views of mountains and hills nearby, including from the comfort of the terrace right outside the accommodation!

Even better than expected. The photos were very accurate, but the space was even more amazing than the photos showed. A recent full renovation to this top floor apartment was premium. We chose this apartment for its location and it did not disappoint. Located right on the Main Street and walking to dozens of bars, restaurants, and attractions. We were more than pleased with this experience and would recommend it fully.

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

We stayed in this apartment on New Year's Eve and were really satisfied. The comfort of the spaces is excellent, with modern and functional furnishings that make the environment welcoming and relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable. In addition, the beauty of the interiors creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Special thanks go to the host, who was extremely kind and caring, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A perfect experience, absolutely recommended!

Nice and cozy apartment, furnished with style and equipped with all comforts. The location is not bad either, just minutes from the center of Pescocostanzo with a beautiful view of the Abruzzo mountains. Highly recommended.
