the place is good, enter the alley but it's still walkable. my son really likes to have a fish pond and chicken coop in front of the house. it might be a little annoying if you don't like the sound of chicken in the morning. to take a note too, the water heater is a gas model. it's a bit difficult to set the heat, it's not recommended to use it directly from the shower, but the owner has also provided a bucket to accommodate and mix with regular water. one more, the parking lot is really good for a car the size of an avanza , fit better for a smaller one than that, the size above is rich will be difficult to enter the parking. overall okay and comfortable to stay 5 days 4 nights 👌

After first time here, we've fell in love with the homey place like this. This is our second time here spending short trip transit with the pets. The house have everything you need when you stay .. will be back again !

We had a wonderful stay at Winarti's place. She provided a twice a week cleaner to come keep the place tidy. We had a little front porch where we could sit and have tea and enjoy the garden. The house was well-equipped and had enough AC minisplits to keep us cool, even during a heat wave. The house had plenty of hot water, and the shower was very good. The house is a town house in a gated community with a manned security gate. We were a short cab ride from everything. You can use Grab for cab rides, and it is very inexpensive and easy.

Well-located property and peaceful neighborhood. Convenience stores and restaurants are within reasonable distance. Several comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms. We recommend this location.

It’s a nice place to stay with a family during holidays or vacations. In front of a Masjid. The surrounding are really calm and peaceful. I truly recommend to visit Gubuk Coklat Merapi for lunch or dinner.

The most comfortable homestay to bring family. The house is clean and tidy. Kitchen Supplies are very well stocked. You can, the price is already very cheap for a house of this size. The location is very strategic. Not away from the attractions. Aaah.. it feels like home. in the morning you can cook for breakfast. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you Owner.. We had a fantastic stay at Maarten’s villa. The location, situated nearly 700 meters above sea level, offers a refreshing natural atmosphere and easy access to popular attractions in Kaliurang. It’s also conveniently located along the Kaliurang jeep tour route, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the area. The staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The cool mountain air was especially enjoyable, particularly when it rained. However, during hot weather, the rooms on the second floor felt quite warm as the villa is not equipped with air conditioning. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and scenic retreat!

Very nice and very clean space with hotel services such as towels and others as well as very friendly staff who provide assistance while staying in the villa and provide you with breakfast at a nominal price. It's a place to rest, recuperate, enjoy, and spend a relaxing and quiet time in the villa. Every detail has been taken care of the sense of physical comfort and tranquility. A quiet room and a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and a new bathroom shower, and the kitchen has the necessary needs. The outdoor patio in front of the villa is fun. This villa is a destination for those who want comfort, tranquility, and long seating in the villa. Near the villa there are many cafes and tourist places, you only have to ask the assistants in the villa and they will give all the advice with friend and kindness. It's hard to get a driver from a grab or gojek app so it's a good idea to rent a motorcycle, and villa assistants give you tips on renting a motorcycle or car. You won't get bored even if you stay with little bit and don't get out of it. Thanks to the host He's very friendly and thanks to the villa assistants They are friendly and work sincerely to feel comfortable.

new and modern villa located in secluded area. the place is good, lots of amenities and modern things. i came with 3 kids (11, 3, and 2 years old).. so the place becomes a bit messy after a day. might need to have daily clean up.. but besides that everything went smoothly. thanks for hosting us

We had a great time at Selli’s, everything was amazing and way better than what we expected! You can use everything, especially in the kitchen. They provide; rice, indomie, water, spices, coffee, tea, etc. My friend cooked during we stayed there. The house is pretty big enough with minimalist concept. It’s near to Merapi area. There are our favorite “warung bakso” that nearby, you can just walk :) The host is friendly and communicative ☺️ we definitely will be back when we visit Jogja again 💕 thank you

We are a family with teenagers. We spent 5 nights at Ruth's place. It had 3 bedrooms with bathroom and 1 more bathroom in the living room. Everything worked: water, electricity, washing machine, the kitchen and stove, the fridge and there's also a small working table which was nice. Wifi a bit slow. The place was not far from the main street and we got food easily at any time. Ruth was very responsive and helpful, we felt well-accomodated.

Nice host and very helpful. At first we stayed just one night in Jogja but it was extended to two nights and we still stayed at Pak Jami's villa because his house felt like home. when checking out there was item left behind, Pak Jami immediately informed us and wanted to help send it to our address. If we go to Jogja again, Pak Jami's villa will be our first choice. Highly recommended host. if you want a vacation to Jogja, Pak Jami's villa is the right choice.

The host, Mr. Bambang, was very friendly and kind, we had some obstacles that required us to reschedule 2 times due to the urgency of a tragedy in our family (our father). But Mr. Bambang agreed to 2 schedule changes. Thank you for all your kindness, Mr. Bambang. For the accommodation itself we were satisfied, the environment was quiet and beautiful, the rooms were numerous and quite spacious. The amenities are also quite attractive. The location is also quite easy to find. Thank you again for the host and the interesting experience of staying here for two nights.

My family had a wonderful time. They really enjoyed their time in Jogyakarta . Nita's place was ideal. The location is close to everything, and the property is clean. Everything in it matches the description. The communication with Nita was great, prompted response to our inquiries in a timely manner. we highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for peace, serenity, and something fun and creative for their kids.

Even though I didn't occupy, I booked for my friend and they all enjoyed staying at this place.. very close to tourist attractions and places that were so spacious and comfortable. All amenities are complete so the brand is all very satisfied
