Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the Seine, from April to October (specific dates depending on outdoor temperatures). Several Paddles/SUPs and Kayaks are available free of charge (with life jackets for adults and children).

Mickael and Dorothée welcome you to their home in a 28 m2 independent apartment 10 minutes from the Château de Compiègne and 25 minutes by car from the Château de Pierrefonds. The Aisne River passes a few hundred meters away and hiking trails are close to the property. A great place to relax and visit the Compiègnois.

65m2 apartment, very bright, airy, and cross-ventilated. A spacious southeast-facing balcony (7m2) with a stunning view over the Seine. Includes a small outdoor seating area with a dining table. The Seine is lively and full of activity: various bird species, barges, small pleasure boats, and rowboats or sailboats on weekends! You can rent a motorboat with or without a skipper, or even a paddleboard accessible just downstairs (upon reservation, ask me!).

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.
