Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Ivana and Giuseppe are great hosts. Always available for any info or need. House impeccable for order and cleanliness, beautiful patio where you can stay with the family during good days. Finally, there's space inside for a parking space. In short, it is highly recommended and definitely worth repeating.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Cozy apartment, close to supermarkets, cafes, etc... quiet area, easy parking, about 20 minutes drive to downtown, Federico is a very good and attentive host.

A beautiful house, very comfortable, cozy, clean, taking care of the detail to the fullest. Very well located, with the line 8 you arrive in the center of everything, the stop is next to the house. Regarding Dory, lovely, very attentive, due to respond immediately, informs you, advises you,... I give a 10. It was wonderful. Stay of two for 12 days. Host available, friendly, quick, and punctual in my responses, especially when I had a number of issues with my credit card when confirming your reservation. He and the person who welcomed us deserve 10 praises. Apartment near the beach and amenities, quiet, airy. Covered parking spot, although uncomfortable both in and out, made the difference under August when finding a place on the street is impossible. I really appreciated the fans in the bedrooms, the equipped terrace, where you can eat and see the sea, and be able to bring my dog with me. The house was clean. Improvement insights: - another set of keys, with only one and with a broken intercom who was in the house was forced to go down to open the door (half broken!), even the entrance door to the apartment did not make me rest easy. - In the towels equipment I would also provide a shower towel and not only face and guest.
