The house was a dream comfort, considering an 8-degree storm outside, the air conditioning was suitable. The fact that the heating is turned off, the night was not a problem, the house is very well insulated. The attic bedrooms with the skylights were very romantic and pleasantly furnished. Super comfortable beds and warm, light duvets. The shower is very functional. The fireplace with fir wood burning in the kitchen while we prepared meals was the icing on the cake. It has definitely exceeded our expectations. I can't wait to go back!

What a perfect location, with a gorgeous panoramic view from the top terrace. The home was spotless and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The owners stayed in contact to make sure all was good. We plan on staying for a month again next year. If we could we would give more stars!

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still close to a small town for restaurants, Marketing and shops. The house itself its beautiful and rustique not the newest highend beds but more than enough. The pool is located perfect for both sunbathing and being in the shade on the patio. You need to have rental car to get by. And that makes it drivning distance aproc 1 hour på Termoli and Vasto by the eastcoast and mediteranian ocean and 1,5 hour drive to pompeji and Naples on the westcoast. Also close by is waterfalls antingen foundaries the tonw of pietrabondante with old roman remains and the top of the Mountain is 1000 m above sealevel and quite easy to get to. our family ( 2 daughters and wife) enjoyed our stay. And its not impossible we might returnera one day. And at last the host Vittorio was the perfect host helped us with anything we asked for, answered fast and was really polite. I would recomend this place for everyone who wants to experience Italy.

Pasquale was an excellent host. He speaks English and is very easy to talk to. The unit is large with tree- I believe - skylights and a small window in the kitchen. It is very clean with comfortable furniture. There is a private entrance on the side of the building up to the 2nd-floor (American 2nd floor, European 1st floor) unit. The bed is meant for two people, but the living space is large enough for more. (The sofa in the living room might be a pull-out bed.) Large closet in the bedroom and a nice-sized bathroom. There are some basic foods stocked in the kitchen, including a package of pasta - I didn't use any - and a coffee maker with coffee. My stay was very nice.

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.
