In the announcement is informed that it has a washing machine and when we arrived at the place it was actually a six-piece that had no way of being turned on and in our case we needed to wash clothes because I was at work. By the time we were there, the pool was without a motor and had rented the space to be able to use the pool as a form of recreation on the weekend. I would like to take advantage of this location, to warn others, it is not explained that the house is on the same land as the hostess, as if it were a room with entrance from the outside. For those who cherish/prefer individual properties, important to point out, I was caught by surprise with this part, but otherwise all impeccable! Indico added to the publication of the house the information of the house being next to its plot.

The stay was great, the house has what we need for basic necessities (fridge, stove, microwave, bed, washing machine, sofa, tv, airfrair and other kitchen utensils), it also has a space in the private bottom with clothes drying. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and has proximity to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, bakery, and a fair on Thursday. I recommend.

Excelente, note mil. Jane was hospitable. It even allowed to arrive earlier. Everything is extremely neat, clean, well decorated. She offered many important things like cold water, coffee, sugar. In the bathroom was available soap, shampoo, cream, and more. All well organized. Kindly offered us to enter early to check in. It was very attentive and willing. Congratulations. We feel at home. The house located next to the airport in a very quiet neighborhood but with great choices of both restaurants and markets and bakeries. The accommodation is excellent. The rooms are very cozy, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and blankets smell soap powder indicating they were actually cleaned( unlike many other places). The kitchen is well equipped, although I did not have to use it. There is a table in the outdoor area in a very pleasant environment and in the background there is a laundry room with a backyard. One of the best homes I've ever stayed in.

Fernanda and Edson are sweethearts… super attentive and helpful, they helped me with my bags, gave me directions to restaurants. They were flexible with the check-in, which was a lifesaver for me after 12 hours of travel. The apartment is beautiful, super clean. Everything is working well. The location is excellent… I highly recommend the stay. I would definitely come back.

The bed is truly luxurious, the mattress provides a feeling of being in the clouds, and the bathroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean and tidy. Without a doubt, in my next stay, I will choose Eva's hosting again! She is a friendly host, prepared an amazing breakfast with tapioca, and still kindly lent me a hair dryer, providing a quiet and comfortable night. Oh, and I can't help but mention the lovely cats, the Flock and the extremely affectionate gray kitten. I highly recommend it!

Super clean accommodation, great location.. close to everything and easy to access. View of the beautiful apartment. In addition to the apartment accepting our pets, which we really liked. Great communication with Romano, very helpful and kind. We'll be back more often!
