We have a gourmet space with a barbecue area and Pool table on the balcony. It is very well located in a well-developed neighborhood (Coronel Antonino, Monte Castelo). Electric gate, outdoor security cameras, one double bed, and 3 single beds.

Outside we have a gourmet area with a wood stove and barbecue, a private pool and an area with a fireplace.
