Experience the unspoiled nature of the Grisons mountains at 1,500 m above sea level and enjoy the perfect combination of untouched nature, hiking and the world-famous Therme Vals. The farmhouse is located in the sunny hamlet of Mont, part of the municipality of Vals. The journey is via a 3 km long natural road from Lunschania, about 5 km before Vals.

"Casa del campo" in Semione - 250 sqm with sauna

Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with separate entrances: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.

The Rustico in the sunny valley with a large turnaround and two streams is perfect for nature lovers, hikers, families and people with dogs. You can end the day by the warm fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom were modernized in 2023. The middle floor serves as a large living and games room.
