From Check-in to the end of the stay, the service with Hostess Ivonete was quick, the apartment was a better than in the photos, as soon as I arrived and opened the door there was a wonderful smell of a clean and cared for house, everything was very impeccable, from bed linen, bath, kitchen utensils, everything was very clean and fragrant, a cozy and pleasant environment, I would return more often, my stay was quiet, easy access to entry and exit, a super quiet elevator, there was even a bed for my dog in the room, and a pot to put water or food, induction stove, it helped a lot, a 10. We loved everything.

Simply wonderful! Hosting has exceeded all our expectations. The place is even better than the photos, super cozy, clean and very well equipped. We had a quiet and comfortable stay from start to finish. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always available to help us with any questions or needs, which made all the difference in the experience. You can see that everything has been prepared with great affection to welcome guests in the best possible way. We will definitely return and refer to friends and family. The apartment is spacious and has a good distribution of rooms. Beds are good. The condominium is very quiet and peaceful, and the common area has undergone renovations, improving the environment and elevators, and the entry/exit system makes it easy for Airbnb guests. The location is good and with markets and restaurants nearby. Finally, the host was always attentive and helpful, so I recommend the stay.

A pleasant surprise in Campinas, a simply wonderful and cozy apartment, with essential utensils and very good taste. We were very well received, and we loved the instruction notes about the space left by Val, who is extremely helpful and pleasant. The building is very well located and we recommend the bakery that is in front, the gym has a great structure and the staff are very polite. For sure it will be our choice again.

We had a fantastic stay at Mara and Ricardo’s Airbnb flat. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculately clean and tidy, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. One especially thoughtful touch was the beautiful gift basket they left for Dia dos Namorados—a lovely surprise that made our stay feel even more special. Their attention to detail really stood out throughout the entire visit. The flat itself is extremely well thought out, with every appliance you could possibly need, making it incredibly convenient for both short and longer stays. You can tell that a lot of care has gone into making the space as functional and welcoming as possible. The apartment complex also has excellent amenities, including a gym and pool area that are both very well maintained and spotlessly clean. It was a pleasure to make use of these facilities during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—highly recommended!

The photos are faithful to what was found. No complaints in my experience. I'm a little sensitive to noise, so I'll just leave this detail: the windows seal well, but it's still possible to hear a little. Extremely satisfactory and accessible communication, it made a lot of difference. I would return with great tranquility.

The apartment is very nice and beautiful! Great value for money! Only two factors deserve to be noted to alert other guests: the mattress of the bed appears to be quite worn from use, so it is too soft, already sunk in some parts (where we usually sleep) and the garage is in the 4th basement, being tight to keep going down with the car there (not suitable for larger cars, SUV type). Besides that, it's worth it!
