New basement apartment/ high ceilings/private deck. 4 miles from the city, nice wooded backyard. Coffee on deck before going out to enjoy all the city has to offer. In the most historic, happening neighborhood in Cincinnati. Restaurants and bars just a 10 minute walk. Uber drivers in the area at a moments notice. This is the basement of our home, we are busy living and working upstairs.

The apartment is very close to downtown Cincinnati (15-20 minute walk, minimum Lyft or Uber fare.) You can also walk to Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum and Krohn Conservatory in 7-8 minutes. We recently replaced nearly all the flooring, painted and re-decorated. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood and the privacy of the apartment. The whole third floor of the house is yours! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
