La petite maison du bonheur, une vraie merveille perchée au-dessus de la vallée. On a cherché mais non, rien à dire, tout est absolument parfait et bien pensé ! On a passé un super moment, on a adoré. La seule chose est qu’il vaut mieux une voiture pas trop large pour monter à la maison. Avec une Peugeot 308, aucun souci par exemple.

La casa è ben attrezzata, il termocamino mantiene caldo l’ambiente costantemente e a pochi passi da casa c’è una fontana con acqua che sgorga direttamente dalla sorgente del Cervati. Grazia è stata disponibile, gentile e super reattiva, fornendoci consigli e guide in netto anticipo per poterci organizzare al meglio anche con le escursioni. Monte San Giacomo, a 15’ dall’alloggio è un piccolo borgo super caratteristico; è perfetta occasione per rilassarsi, immergersi negli affetti e nella natura, concentrarsi sul momento e respirare aria pulita. Non vedo l’ora di ritornarci, lo consiglierei a chiunque voglia staccare dalla frenesia della propria città e godere di un vero, sano tempo di qualità.

We had an amazing 9 day stay at Casa Orticello. Francesca went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed our entire trip! She gave wonderful recommendations, checked in on us throughout our stay, and was so fast to respond to any questions we had! The Airbnb itself was even better in person. The views were incredible and the house was so unique and homey. It had all the amenities we needed to cook and be comfortable for the week. It was about 0.3 mile walk to the entrance of downtown Positano. The private beach was a beautiful plus as well! Lots of steps, but it made us feel better about eating pasta and bread every day :) We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Valeria is a national treasure. Her house is really beautiful, especially once you know its history and is -- as the ad already mentions -- pretty secluded, offering great views. It's clean, nicely decorated and has the most beautiful views, as well as an amazing restaurant next to it. The road to get up the mountain is indeed quite steep and can be pretty scary if you're not an experienced (moped) driver. We had a minor accident getting up there and needed to get to the ER to get some stitches, but it was no problem at all because Valeria helped us with every step along the way. We ended up having dinner all together and it was so fun. All in all, I'd really recommend the Valeria as a host and her home as a holiday destination, given that you're comfortable and able to drive up a pretty steep hill. :)

Wir haben den Urlaub als Familie sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist eine Oase im Grünen, zwischen Weinanabau und Zitrusfrüchten. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und Forio ist fantastisch. Giuseppe und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber die wirkliches Interesse an ihren Gästen haben und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Wir können die Unterkunft herzlich empfehlen.

Fracesco is a really caring host and has a nice apartment! He organised a chair for our 1 yo daughter!

We had a great time. The place is very serene and the compound quite large. The photos don't do it justice, we were really taken aback when we arrived. We wished we had the time to stay more than one night and just fully disconnect in the quaint little town. It's also close enough to do day trips to the beach at Gaeta.
