Eric’s place was everything shown in the picture but you don’t get the cozy feel until you get there. The kitchen and dining space allowed my guests and I to cook for multiple meals and actually enjoy sitting together at the table. I have a disability and having a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level was ideal for my comfort which allowed me to be social and not worry about repeatedly climbing steps.

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

My stay at Martin and Angelica's Airbnb in the historic town of Burlington, NJ was fabulous. I felt right at home in both the house and neighborhood. Safe, quiet, and a trip back in colonial time with all of the rich history. It was also lovely to be just a block away from the Delaware River, you will enjoy the promenade on your evening walks. I would definitely come back and stay here on any future trips to the Burlington-Bristol area.

It was a large unit. It fit a family of 7 with a small child without a problem. There are a lot of stairs. Parking can be little expensive. Easy to walk to restaurants and Historic sites. It felt like a very safe neighborhood. On a low traffic street so traffic noise was not too bad. Reasonably well equipped. There was a bathroom on every level.

We love staying at Stormy's place. It is quaint, charming, quiet, well-equipped and very comfortable. It is also filled with beautiful art. Love having an outdoor patio in the back for breakfast or journal writing. The street is exceptionally quiet which is a precious commodity in a big city and great for sleeping. Nearby are a variety of trendy eateries, including a French cafe for breakfast. Stormy is lovely, a warm and welcoming host and a good communicator. We have stayed several times and will be back. Great stay. Went to a show at The Met (which was an easy walk) with my husband and daughter. Place was great, ready when we needed it and the free parking spot right outside unit was amazing. Great location, friendly host and nice property. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for a quick weekend to see a Phillies game and explore the area. It was located very close to a subway station and local eateries, so it was extremely convenient! Tuan was a proactive host who provided great instructions for helping us access the home and understand the regulations around parking, which can be particularly tricky in this location. Even though the parking was limited and the streets were narrow, we felt prepared and confident in navigating the area thanks to Tuan’s communication beforehand! Would definitely stay here again for future trips!

Rafa and his team were accommodating of a last-minute request to stay, which was much appreciated. The house is spacious and comfortable, conveniently located, and very fairly priced.

Harish is an amazing host. Very attentive and his response time was impeccable. When I came across a minor issue, the history rook care of the issue by EOD. I have family in Philly, and this place is where I would stay.

Fabella was very welcoming and ensured that I had everything I needed. She was social but also respected my space. Her home is beautiful! My stay was great!

I booked this location because it seemed like an out of the ordinary option within walking distance to the Filmore. We loved the space, it provided everything you could want or need from an Airbnb and more. The more, or course, being the game room. We loved coming home from a day/night out and continuing the fun playing some pool, connect four, and other provided games. The TV in the game room was a perfect touch, it allowed us to put on some music via Spotify while we poured some drinks and played some games. Honestly, if all you wanted to do was book a stay here, go out to dinner, and hang out back at the place, you would be more than entertained. We actually skipped the bar in favor of our own little private bar via this space. 100% will be booking again the next time a concert is in town. PARKING: if you are reading this and are worried about parking like I was, don’t fret, there is ample free overflow parking under the overpass not but a 1-2 min walk away.

This was a great spot - Christian and his team was very responsive and helpful throughout all stages of our stay. The home was clean and thoughtfully decorated, and we had a great time staying in Fishtown.

We had a great stay at Victors home, location is great, close to restaurants, shops and train. Quiet and the roof was lovely. Victor was super responsive and helpful.

Rosa was great! We were there for a handful of months, and she was on top of everything. She was super friendly, and genuinely cared to help in every instance. She was also very patient understanding with us in our situation. I would say the biggest highlight of her going above and beyond was getting us a Christmas tree and other decorations for the holiday season to really feel at home there. She was so friendly and approachable, that my family and I refer to this Airbnb as "Rosa's place," whereas I don't remember by heart who my hosts were for prior Airbnbs. Rosa is a fantastic host. I have zero complaints and all praises. I wish she could be the host of every Airbnb in the world.

it's hard to say, my flight was delayed, so I was only there 2 nights instead of 3. my friend's kept me busy, so I just slept there and took 1 shower. Sunny was very nice and helpful.

Can't recommend this place enough! The place is lovely and felt so welcoming after coming from a tiny hotel room in NYC. The place was so cute and you could tell a lot of thought went into creating a comforting space. The kitchen was fully stocked with Le Creuset cookware, snacks, and coffee/water. We found the location very walkable and you have access to a few different neighborhoods. It is a spacious home - it was just me and my husband, but it would also be a great place for a small family. Overall so pleased with this stay!

We loved Maria’s house and her as a host! Very helpful and friendly! Parking is easier during the daytime. Location is great very close to the Art Museum and several other museums. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place, super well situated, near highway, waterfront and at walking distance from many sites. The neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. Simone was quick to reply and we had a very comfortable stay at this airbnb. You can easily hear the neighbors but they did not bother us. I would definately rent this place again. I highly recommend. Private parking is a must because parking in the streets looked like a nightmare! Great stay!

I wish i could tell all of Airbnb that this is how it should be done! House as good or better than described! Clear simple instructions for parking and entry. A straightforward easy checkout! Had the pleasure of staying at Reedi’s place for a few days whilst in town for a music festival and the stay was amazing. The home was clean and as described, looked exactly like the pictures. Plenty of linens, and the beds were very comfortable. Clear instructions for check in and check out made the entire process a breeze. Parking is extremely limited but with help from the neighbors on the block we were able to find a spot and had no issues the duration of our stay. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be utilizing it again in the future!

We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend at this property while celebrating a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely perfect for our group spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the amenities exactly as described. What really stood out was how well the space was optimized to comfortably sleep 12 guests under one roof no one felt cramped. The master bedroom, with its private balcony, was a personal favorite. The backyard and rooftop offered cozy, charming spots to relax and hang out with friends, day or night. Parking was a breeze with plenty of free street parking nearby, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, adding to our peace of mind. The hosts were outstanding generous, responsive, and accommodating to every request we had, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here, and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!
