Wow! What a surprise gem in the heart of South End. The bakery, the restaurants, the book store, and wine and cheese shop across the way was AMAZING! I can't wait to come back and stay longer. Maude stocked the house with all the essentials and a few treats for us to enjoy at the house. I highly recommend staying here:)

I was an out of towner, so didn't truly understand the lock box system, but other than that it was the perfect place to stay in Boston. the subway was right there so made it super easy to get downtown. Plenty of great restaurants right around the corner. The place it self was extremely clean, and the neighbors were extremely quiet. We were close enough to downtown to be able to do everything we wanted, but far enough way to where we didn't have to deal with craziness of downtown. Awesome place and would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The home was well-equipped, featuring a helpful book with recommendations for local attractions and additional amenities that enhanced our visit. Mark was quick to respond to our inquiries and ensured that we had everything we needed before we even realized we needed it. I highly recommend this place!

Thanh’s place was really nice and comfortable for the four of us. We spent most of our time in Boston and Ubers were easy to get and at a good price after 9:30am. Highly recommend!

Our family was in Boston to celebrate our son's college graduation. Eva's place was perfectly located. It was outside the city to avoid traffic, but close to his school so we could get back and forth from graduation festivities over the weekend. The apartment is as advertised, large, clean, with all the needed amenities. Great water pressure and super comfortable beds. Having a full apartment with a large living/dining room and kitchen area was great for the family to relax and decompress over several long days. Eva was responsive to our questions and gave great advice for local restaurants. We really enjoyed La Gallina, a Mediterranean restaurant, in nearby Lynnfield. We were very happy to find her home as it served our purpose perfectly.

We were visiting Cambridge to compete in the HOCR and the location and facilities were ideal for our group offering the right combination of kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. We found the property easily and the instructions for access were clear. Some US appliances were a bit baffling to UK visitors, but the WiFi supported a work zoom to Japan whilst we were there which was crucial. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the effort put into tidying up a family home for visitors.

It was clean. The soundproofing was a little poor. But overall, I'm satisfied.

This place was too good. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed evey bit. Will definitely recommend this house if you are in quincy!

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for our family of 6, including one little one. It was exactly as pictured and well-stocked with spices in the kitchen and shampoo etc in the bathroom! Beds were super comfy and we loved how close it was to the lake, restaurants, and a playground. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a cute ADU within walking distance to the Route 128 station. The unit is very spacious and reasonably priced. Wuke graciously helped us out when we needed laundry detergent. We would stay here again. Only downside is that the ADU has a bit of an unfinished feel. The shower did not have a curtain, the bedroom skylight window was papered over, and there was command-strip residue leftover in a few places.

The house was very clean and exactly as the pictures looked. It is stocked with everything you'll need, soap, paper towels, silverware, etc... There are lots of small restaurants within walking distance, pretty much any type of food you could want. Pamela was great, and very easy to communicate with. It was an extremely easy check-in and check-out.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

Our family of 7 came out to visit Salem & Boston and I came across this lovely home in Marblehead. It was about a 10 minute drive to Salem so it was very convenient. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was nicely spread out so we all felt like we had our own space during our down time. Miriam was a very responsive host and she was extremely accommodating and flexible. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay again!

This place was great for a couple families or friends to stay together. The house was clean, beds were relatively comfortable, and everything was very clearly labeled in the kitchen for ease. Short walk to Moody Street. The team was very accommodating with early check-in and extremely communicative. The bedrooms upstairs were quite sound proof from the main floor but be aware steps going up are very steep for little kids - and there’s only one bathroom for many people. It was a fantastic stay overall and I’d stay here again.

We drove to Boston for a sight-seeing vacation and wanted to stay near the city - not in the city. This was a great location in a quaint neighborhood about 20 minutes by car into town. The house was very clean and uncluttered upon arrival and we felt very comfortable staying here. We made extensive use of the kitchen and the modern appliances served us well. Our hosts (B&Y) were very attentive to our needs which were very few. They communicated often before arrival and accessing the property was very simple. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a similar visit to Boston and have NO regrets in our decision to stay here!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Totally enjoyed my stay at Judy's condo. The space was very welcoming and the room had everything I needed.

Great time staying at Amanda’s beautiful place! Celebrated being out of high school for 50 Years with my beautiful friends! Although, it rained most of the week we traveled on the commuter train from Swampscott to Rockport to Boston!! Walked many miles and ate delicious seafood and took in the beautiful sights! Came back every evening to a cozy place to relax!

Perfect location! Near The Common, Newbury Street. Easy walking to great restaurants and shops. Spotless. 10/10

Charming old home; clean and well maintained. A little smaller than we expected, but it served our needs. Shila was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would recommend!

The space was laid out in a great way, so that two people could work or be in different parts of it and feel undisturbed. It felt very spacious and comfortable.

Love, love, love this home. We were in town for our son’s Harvard graduation. You enjoy sweeping top two floors of a classic old house (almost mansion) but freshly painted and classic. Great kitchen, separate dining room we used to set up post graduation reception that opened into lovely living room. Chill open back porch to hang out in the fresh air. Super friendly diverse neighborhood where we actually made friends, including Jason at a nearby high-end wine and liquor store and the crew at Brasica (deserves a Michelin star). But the rock star foundation of this AirBnb is the downstairs tenant, Ryan. Such a kind, friendly, funny, responsive person. He must be visiting Jamaica Plains from another planet astronomers call AWESOME. I am blessed with a gorgeous beach villa on a remote cove in Baja Sur, Mexico. I’d host Ryan and his partner for free he was such a great help. Yes, I will stay again.

We were in town for a graduation and enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean - no issues at all! Tan was quick to respond with a few questions I had and even had Amazon overnight us a fan! Thank you Tan!
