Le 106 est un studio cosy de 30m2, situé en rez-de-chaussée, lumineux, entièrement rénové, soigneusement entretenu et nettoyé avec attention. Il dispose d'un espace chambre séparé par des rideaux avec un lit de 140/190 cm, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le séjour permettant d'accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Stores et volets roulants assurent confort et intimité. A 5 min à pied de la gare, 7 min de Gayant Expo et 10 min du centre-ville. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue et place de parking privée.

Detached house with 2 bedrooms, jacuzzi on the ground floor, the accommodation is close to the Belgian border. 35 minutes from Pairi Daiza Free parking. The entrance door is monitored by a connected camera and the entrances and exits are controlled. Maximum capacity of the accommodation is 4 people and parties are strictly prohibited.
