Farmstay vacation rentals in Cambodia

Amazing place just outside of the city, with the bicycles it's just twenty minutes in to the nightmarket. Lovely and super friendly hosts! Thank you so much for letting us come (twice!) and it really feels like our second home, or home away from home.

I loved it ! Can’t put it into words. This was by far the best experience I had on my travels around the world. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. This is a homestay with a local family near Siem Reap. It’s located a bit outside of the city centre, so you will get a sense of the country side of cambodia. I was welcomed so kindly and warm by Navy and her family, including the dogs. Navy is such an endearing, caring and sincere woman. Her kids are beautiful, polite, open and they all speak perfect English. Her young daughter showed me around when I arrived, including the beautiful sunset. Navy cooked delicious and traditional food for me everyday, even though I’m a vegetarian. She organised a TukTuk whenever I needed it and made sure I catch my trips on time. And all the rest of the family I got to know were also very welcoming. The room is simple, but I enjoyed it a lot. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are very calming. Please stay here ! ♥️

Super logement à l’écart de l’agitation de Siem Reap tout en étant accessible pour visiter Angkor. La ferme urbaine est très agréable. Brem et le personnel sur place sont au petit soin, super petit-déjeuner.

We will definitely be staying at Chheak’s place again next time we visit Cambodia. If you’re visiting Siem Reap, and the Angkor Wat temples, this place is a hidden gem. It’s a beautifully peaceful homestead, with garden, library and a small school where elementary and middle school children attend (although children were there only one day during our visit). Chheak and his wife are tremendous hosts, making us feel super welcome, like old friends. They made us two amazing dinners (for an extremely reasonable cost) as well as coffee in the morning, and provided bikes to rent as well as helped us source a motorbike. Chheak’s local recommendations were also great. Definitely recommend renting bicycles and visiting Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm and Bayon temple which were our favorite. As a runner, I also enjoyed two runs around the neighborhood, great 5-10K loops seeing the beautiful surroundings, rice patties and local village. Thanks again Chheak!

I had a great time in this home stay. The place is close to the main attractions in Siem Riep but in a quite/rural area that allows to have a very relax stay. Won, the person in charge was very friendly, always ready to provide information and help. I was even able to cook at home in the great open space that they have. I highly recommend this place in Siem Riep.

What a nice pleasure having the chance to meet Chheak! His hosting qualities are exceptional. We had few chats over my staying and I always felt like home. The accomodation and the surroundings are full of details and much better than what the photos show. I’ve had some food at the restaurant and it was really delicious. Drinks are fantastic. Location is just so close to Angkor Wat so very easy riding a bike or even waking towards the temples around the area. I will definitely be back next year so that I can spend more time at Chheak’s beautiful accomodation. Thanks Chheak🙏🙏

Staying with Maden and his family i something i can always recommend. It's not just an accomodation, it's an experience. Maden is a great cook that has seen and experienced a lot so he has a lot of stories to tell you have the time to spare. I can also say I've remained good friends with the family after i left and we still keep in touch so yes, all of this is authentic :)

Very nice place in rural village, not too far from Siem Reap. Kind people and amazing to see the life of local people growing rice etc. Authentic experience. Monyharch also arranges tours to many places and is helpful in planning something in your interest at a reasonable price and with flexible schedule. Highly recommended.

Wer eine ruhige Lage zu schätzen weiß, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Genauso wie die Hilfe unseres Gastgebers am Abreisetag. Unser Fahrer, welcher uns zum Busunternehmen nach Siam Reap fahren sollte! Gottseidank war Kimsreang vor Ort. Dieser kümmerte sich sofort darum das wir noch rechtzeitig zum Busunternehmen kamen und wir unseren Bus nach Thailand gerade so erwischen konnten. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Fantastic views, amazing food, incredibly pleasant staff. The ‘tents’ were very comfortable and the beds themselves were incredibly comfortable. The pool was gorgeous as well. The staff are kind, attentive and sweet. Great spot for a weekend out of the city, staycation or visit from another country. We cannot recommend it more highly!

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft, mitten in einer Farm, am Rande eines der größten Wildnisgebieten, die Cardamon Mountains, in Südostasien. Man wohnt mit den Farmern, Schafen, Hunden, Hühnern und Gänsen zusammen. Trotz der Einfachheit der Unterkunft, ist sie mit viel Liebe hergerichtet worden. Es wird sich wirklich unfassbar süß um einen gekümmert: von der Anreise bis hin zur Abreise (danke nochmal für die Orga). Ich will aber trotzdem nochmal auf ein paar Bewertungen von einiger Nutzern eingehen wollen: Das Leben in diesem Flussdorf ist sehr einfach und man kann deshalb nicht erwarten, dass man hier in einer 4-Sterne Unterkunft mit westlichen Standarts untergebracht wird. Hier wurde unserer Meinung nach auf extrem hohen Niveau gemeckert. Für uns war das daher überhaupt gar kein Thema. Ganz im Gegenteil: die Unterkunft von Maly war unser Highlight unserer fast zweiwöchigen Kambodschareise. Danke nochmal für Alles, wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Petit hôtel au top, au calme, bien arboré et très bien situé à moins de 15 minutes des temples d’angkor. Personnel aux petits soins. Magnifique piscine, literie très confortable. Nous avons été enchantés de ce séjour au Tanaei Angkor Resort and Spa !

This place is an oasis in Siam Reap. The staff are wonderful, helping with everything from laundry to tours, to attractions. There are tuktuk drivers on the property, a cafe for coffee, a beautiful pool and very plentiful food. We missed it when we left!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Sophea et sa femme, ils sont extrêmement généreux. Nous logeons avec sa famille et l’aidons dans la gestion dans leur école d’anglais. Ils vivent aux portes d’un petit village où il n’y a ni monuments grandioses, ni paysage à couper le souffle mais une invitation à vivre le Cambodge pleinement ! Une expérience incroyable que nous conseillons vivement !
