Vacation rentals with a patio in Calvert County

Very quiet and peaceful home. Jennifer was very helpful and extremely responsive. The home was very clean and spacious, they provide plenty of activities for your entertainment or it’s extremely easy to watch a movie and just relax. The home was exactly like the pictures, check in and out was very easy.

Blair's place is exactly as described. It's just a 5-minute walk to the metro, with easy parking on the side of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and the space is clean, with all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Even though Blair and Nadia weren’t in DC during my visit, they were very responsive, and their friend Karen was super helpful.

Had a lovely time! Great location, comfortable; an easy walk to local restaurants & bars in the neighborhood and Metro Stations!

We stayed at sharisses place for 5 days and everything was perfect. Sharisse was always attentive for everything we needed The place was very clean!! Loved the stay

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

It’s the perfect little oasis away from home. It was a beautiful place to stay with an amazing outdoor area. They were extremely helpful, giving us places that we can go things for us to do. Will definitely do it again.

Exquisite. Right in the heart of town. Across the street from the backyards of captains row at naval academy. Amongst many historic properties open to visitors. The bed was like a super high end hotel. We LOVED this house and Annapolis. Thank you!

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

My wife, 4 year old son and I enjoyed a week at John’s beautiful home on the Patuxent River. The house and property were perfect and the views were amazing every day. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home. He was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We look forward to staying here again in the summer!

Sophia was so kind. Met our family when we got there and even went the extra mile of making sure we saw this nice beautiful red moon over the water. Just amazing!

The house was perfect for our family get-away. There is enough room for everyone and yet the large public space made it easy to congregate. The kitchen is amazing for the cooking a meal and there was a great selection of movies when we came back tired and wanted to unwind. It was quite cold out but the house was warm and cosy and we enjoyed our time hanging out there.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house over looking the bay! The views all around the property were absolutely stunning, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I was on a work trip with several coworkers, and the house was incredibly comfortable and spacious —it truly felt like home. The space was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after long workdays. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal, which was a huge plus. Most importantly, our host was amazing—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and welcoming getaway. Thank you, for such a great experience!

We had no issues. The place was nice and clean. It’s a perfect central area between Baltimore and Washington DC.

Beautiful, relaxing, multi-family house right on the water. The outdoor space is huge and completely fenced in so our kids and dogs could run free safely. The house itself is full of things to do (karaoke machine, hot tub, ping pong, etc.), and is also really close to several state parks, beaches, and more. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time this place. Instantly felt at home, the kids loved the swings and looking for jellyfish off the dock. We brought our 2 dogs along as well. The large yard gave us plenty of leashed room to roam. Very well stocked! As a family that uses Airbnb at lot when we travel, it is always super nice when a few leftovers like laundry detergent and Lysol wipes are available. Kyli was super kind and checked in to make sure our visit was going well. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great stay here. The space was as described and a great value for our stay in DC. Joe was very flexible with our last minute schedule change and was always very responsive. It is a bit outside of the major sites, but a pretty easy drive in. We would stay here again when we come back to see more of the DC sites.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! I spent 9 nights in this updated first floor apartment and enjoyed every one of them! The block was extremely quiet (one way) and tree lined. Easy walk to the Capitol and museums, great restaurants and cafes, and the Eastern Market metro. I felt extremely safe walking home at night, which was a major concern as a solo senior female. Everything in the apartment was spotless and I loved having the natural light during the day! Super comfortable bed and great shower! Dan was amazingly quick to answer any questions! He also kindly helped me with my suitcase and let me inside on arrival. A perfect host and great communicator! This Capitol Hill neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and I would stay with Dan again in a heartbeat!

If I could give 6 stars I would! This was the easily the best BNB i’ve stayed at! Kristen’s place was extremely clean, comfortable, private, organized, quiet, and stocked with all the necessities you could ever need, plus more. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. We chose to Uber into the city, which usually took about 20 minutes to all our destinations. She has thought of everything and was so considerate & accommodating! The robes and slippers were a nice touch & made our stay feel more like a luxury vacation. I’ve already recommended this place to 2 others! Would definitely stay again next time we visit the DC area!

This was our second stay, and just as it was the first time, we really enjoyed the stay. Hans is a great, super responsive host. The home is a quick taxi/rideshare away from most main attractions in DC. We really enjoyed ourselves!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Hands Down the nicest, cleanest, biggest Airbnb I've stayed in. Doug was very responsive and flexible with our early check in. The place looks exactly like the pictures and the beds were very comfy... even the couch on a late drunk night. The TV was perfect because I could really cast my apps and not have to sign in. A grocery store, pharmacy, Ross and restaurants are walkable and the Uber/Lyft was under 20 to get places. Highly recommend and hopefully it is available next time we are in DC!
