The nearest bays and the town Santanyí with supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by car in just 5 minutes.

The house is intended to bring together local Mediterranean architecture and minimal contemporary design. The L-shape of the house is rendered white and minimal finishes are used through the interior. Downstairs, the open plan design is connected by a terrace, giving the space an indoor-outdoor feel. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom open onto a private terrace which looks out towards the beach. Ca na Isla has been meticulously designed to ensure you can make most of calm, Mallorca days.

Im vorderen Bereich befindet sich der offene, gemütliche Wohn-Küchen-Essbereich komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, etc. Der Wohnbereich bietet einen Flatscreen-TV mit SAT-Anlage und Radio sowie W-LAN. und Klimainverter.
