We had a great time in the Villa, everything was spotless upon arrival, a very quiet area and we have a good climate to enjoy all the areas of the place, Mrs. Ana was very kind, everything was very welcoming, so much so that we added another😊❤️ very recommended night.

To begin with, I must confess that when I read some reviews from previous visitors, I felt a little fearful about what they said about the place and some of its conditions, so I contacted John and the young woman in charge of the place and told them about this concern, to which they very formally told me that they were working to improve, repair and even change some of those things that were not working very well. They also sent me videos of their remunerations and told me that if I didn't feel satisfied I could cancel my reservation. I saw that they were repairing some damage. At the time of arrival, I was very happy to see that everything was in perfect condition. Bedrooms, bathrooms, new kitchen, we loved the green areas. Lots of games on the table to have fun. Spacious. Everything was very nice and in very good condition. In addition, the managers were always attentive and ready to help us. We were very happy. We hope to return.

I'd like to say thank you to Iris, Luis Sr. and Luis Jr. they were great and made me and my family feel welcomed from the minute we arrived. Cristina and Jose were nice too, but they were more robotic with their auto generated messages, mainly what time to check in and check out, what guest were coming etc. The house is amazing, with all the amenities needed for a large family. The onsite family are super nice and hard working. Thank you Iris, Luis, and Luis.

Beautiful stay! Don Luis was phenomenal and made my family feel so welcomed and loved. We will miss his hospitality. I would 100% reccomend this finca. It was a beautiful family retreat. Amazing views! Walking distance from lake activities.
