The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. The water heater didn't serve us but it wasn't that serious. If I recommend you can get the fan in the living room as it is very hot mid-morning - late. Everything else is very nice and communication with Kevin is excellent.

My experience in this home was great. From the first moment, communication with the Exstr management team was quick, clear and very friendly. Great old house in a great safe neighborhood in Cali. It fit all four of us with much room to spare. Loved the pool and the sauna!

Very good house, it is very comfortable and spacious for large groups, the photos are just as the house is, the living room is large, the bathrooms are clean but the water is cold, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Good and quiet area, close to all tourist attractions.
