BRAND NEW BUILD! This unique property is 2.5 acres with views on our 2nd story deck of N & S Twin Lake! We are across the street from the public dock, a short walk to Traditions bar/restaraunt, & a 1 minute drive to the 2 beaches! There is a 6.2 mile walking/bike trail at the front of our property to enjoy! We Airbnb 2 homes on this property, so if you are needing more space, search for our second house at 7144 twin lakes rd. You can also pay extra for a boat slip across the st. Msg for pricing!

Minutes to hunting perfection, dogs welcome, quiet

Home was built in 1918 and we have kept a lot of the original craftsmanship and charm. Vintage doors and flooring. A 5 minute drive to the Twin Lakes boat ramp, plenty of room for all of your toys. Boats, trailers, fifth wheel will all fit on this acre lot in quiet Jolley. Pheasant hunters and their dogs are welcome. Lots of great public hunting in Calhoun county. Great place to vacation in the summer or if you're looking to work remote for a week there is a dedicated work area and Wifi.

Public golf course available and playground/park area. Enjoyable size patio right off the sliding glass doors. Living room sofa has a queen sleeper. Kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials. Great get away or place to stay while visiting family and friends.
