Vacation rentals with beach access in Calhetas Beach

The apartment was spotless! The air-conditioning units are new and work perfectly. The place is well ventilated and everything was in great condition. Although the building is quite old, the apartment has been fully renovated and is super modern. The location is great: a few meters from the beach, with great restaurants nearby — and affordable! There is also a pharmacy, bakery and even a hypermarket in the neighborhood. All very practical, you can do everything on foot. I loved the experience! And the host was just wonderful!

Joao's apartment is just like the photos, impeccable, a unique view of the beach, he is always ready to answer all kinds of questions. Downtown, pharmacies and supermarkets are within a 10-minute walk. It's a very safe place to walk at night. The prices are very affordable and without a doubt Porto de Galhina is a paradise, don't miss out on it. We'll definitely be back.

It was like feeling at home, which in addition to having everything necessary, has a good, clean, clear energy, foot in the sand and a delicious swimming pool. Glauce is a great host, she was already anticipating the information we needed. Amaro and Fabiana served us in the services of the house and in the food. Everything perfect. The house has the integrated spaces of the living room, kitchen and a land with various environments and allows people to stay close, seeing themselves, participating in the activities. It has the gourmet area for barbecue, redário, well wooded garden with shadows. Just bring clothes and food, like Glauce said :) We intend to go back.

Simply wonderful! Gerusa's beach house exceeded all expectations. From the moment of arrival, it is already possible to feel the care and affection with which every detail was thought out. The house is extremely clean, organized and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect: close to the beach, with a lovely view and a constant breeze that makes everything even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and impeccable bedding. The outdoor area is a true paradise – clean pool, well-kept garden, barbecue and plenty of room to gather family or friends. Gerusa is an exceptional host! Attentive, friendly and always willing to help with anything. She made sure our stay was peaceful and unforgettable. Wonderful house, very cozy, everything working, very functional. Very close to the beach, excellent location! The hosts Anna and Guilherme were amazing all the time, kind and helpful… the homemade and the fishman too, always at your disposal! I highly recommend it! I and my family love everything!!!

Excellent stay. Condoninio organized and quiet, home very comfortable, beautiful, wide and with all the utensils/furniture needed for a family. Contains private parking and swimming pool, air-conditioning, fan, barbecue, beach chairs, etc. Local convenience (number in the refrigerator) delivers to the house, quickly, at no cost and contains a variety of products that are eventually missing. Points of Improvement and Feedback have already been reported to the Host.

The house is great. Exactly as in the description. Dora was attentive from the first contact. Gilvan, our cook, prepared wonderful foods. Super recommend.

Everything posted on the page was as is, more than what you see in them. A quiet place,sure, close to the pedestrian center. Ocean view and private beach access. The equipment of the spectacular kitchen. Just a suggestion, clarify that water and light drums must be paid when handing over the keys, not included in the price of the accommodation.

House close to the beach, spacious,we had a problem as soon as we arrived with the air-conditioning,but it was quickly resolved. Seu Paulo is a very flexible person who we have helped a lot,Rosinha the sidekick of the house not even talk about. Nice space, accommodated the family well. Condominium with good structure: restaurant, convenience and ample leisure area. The host was always attentive and responded quickly. Very good!

Luís's Flat is very nice. There was only one problem that made me very upset. Louis and the laundry staff are charging me a value for non-skin stains. The problem was already there. The people who stayed in the room unfortunately did not tell me so that I could take pictures and communicate to Luís. The bottom sheet was stained. But it was clean, so the staff didn't think it necessary to let me know. The laundry left another guest over and now they are trying to push me into this situation. Regrettable. I've never had that kind of problem. Prisoned for the care of other people's things. I invite responsible and trusted people when I rent. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me about this. Even the towels are accusing me of having stained. The evidence they have are of folded towels and the top sheet of the bed, which you can't see anything stain , of course. The problem with the sheet was the bottom and the folded towels cannot be seen such stains. Be careful, take as many photos as possible.

The flat is great, we went on a holiday and still we didn't feel the condominium crowded, a pool that is in front of the apartment was practically exclusive to us. The hosts were always helpful, and the apartment was very clean. The region is quiet, has two good restaurants that can go on foot. Transportation to the center is easy by taxi or uber. The beach in front has the sea a little hectic, but the strip of sand is tasty for children.
