Se encuentra emplazado en un gran terreno en que también hay una casa. Ambos están completamente separados. Por esto mismo, tiene un enorme terreno para estacionar vehículos. Tenemos un mini supermercado a una cuadra. Tiene la Ciclovía y Parque para niños en la puerta y se encuentra entre el camino a Bahía Inglesa y el club de yates. Entorno tranquilo, sin ruido.
