Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Calca Province

Terry is a perfect host. Despite my delay in response due to various reasons, he tried his best to communicate with me and help me organize the entire trip in this area. The driver and guide he introduced are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Livio, the manager on site, is a warm and hospitable person that are available 24/7 to anything we need. We all love him! Location-wise, the property is a hidden gem just off the main (and only) road between Cusco and Machu Picchu, and not too far from either end. There is a well-managed cozy garden in the property, lots of flowers and birds. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in this lovely garden. They also have a small vegetable farm that provides fresh, delicious and organic vegetables to those who do self-catering. The rooms and facilities are as per the descriptions and pics suggest. The kitchen is ample in size and fully-equipped. Toiletries were provided. Everything is clean and in good condition. All-in-all, a perfect home away from home, especially for larger group of friends and families. I hope I could have stayed there longer. Ollantaytambo is a beautiful town and Jorge’s place was the perfect place to explore it from. The view outside our window was breathtaking and the river running across the street lulled us to sleep every night. Our room was clean, quiet and cozy. The provided breakfast was a great way to start each day. Jorge was always helpful with recommendations or calling a cab. If we ever return to Ollantaytambo, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. They stayed up late to check us in after our late flight and even helped carry our bags. We only stayed one night but wish we could have longer. We loved the courtyard and view of the river from our room.

O hotel fica numa ladeira, mas conseguimos chegar de carro. Juan nos atendeu muito bem, dando dicas da cidade e o melhor: mesmo o cafe da manha começando as 7h, prepararam um lanchinho para nós e agua, uma vez que nosso passeio sairia antes das 7h. Ficamos no quarto do terreo, é aconchegante, mas o chuveiro poderia ser melhor.

Nous avons été accueillis de façon extrêmement sympathique dans un petit hôtel arrangé avec beaucoup de goût dans un cadre magique et reposant. Encore merci à Alonso y Carmen pour leur gentillesse, sourire et excellent petit déjeuner !

Our room was cozy, clean, and basic. We were in the top unit so had the best view, although anyone could walk up to the rooftop terrace to see the 360 degree view. Ollantaytambo is incredibly scenic and interesting and well worth a day or two of exploration. Edison's location was very convenient. The breakfast was good (eggs, bananas, rolls, margarine, jam, coffee, tea, & juice) and we enjoyed our conversations with Edison. This hostal only has six or seven units and we enjoyed the smaller scale of things along with the central garden space. For advice, try out Apu Veronica restaurant, which Edison recommended to us. Easily the most spectacular meal of our trip and very reasonably priced.

Great stay, amazing host! Loved the heat in the room which is hard to find in Cusco. Will definitely be coming back!
