Superb very cosy studio for 2 with new 140*190 bedding, reversible air conditioning, comfortable sofa, over-equipped kitchen ( see announcement in detail ), quiet and without screw to screw. Very bright, facing south, with views of the rooftops of the old city, the church and partially on the sea. You will find a smart TV, wifi, and secure parking in the basement is offered for the duration of your stay. A few steps from the port and beaches, shops, restaurants, bars nearby.

This quiet studio is located next to the EDEN Theater (Cinéma des Frères Lumières). The seaside is 30 meters away, and at the entrance to the historic center, close to all shops.
