Nestled in the heart of Esterel the "Plage de Léontine" is an apartment renovated in 2025. The beach is at the end of the garden. Amazing sea views, you'll see it from the couch or from the terrace:-) The apartment has its garden and is in direct proximity to the beach (right in front of the garden), all shops and activities. You won't need your car. The small train station of Agay will allow you to get around very easily. Calm accommodation and relaxing holidays!

We had a wonderful week at Gilles and Marie's place. The place is magical, the apartment very nice, extremely clean and with everything you need. The ultimate remains this private dock and the 360 sea view. Thank you again to Gilles and Marie for being such welcoming hosts. We would love to come back to this enchanted place.

"Little paradise" 2 steps from the beach

What can I say, the view of the sea and the rocks right from the terrace was phenomenal. The apartment had everything you could wish for. You just need to know that it is a purely residential area and there are no immediate shopping facilities. You have to drive 2 km by car to Agay. However, there is a small supermarket and a few restaurants.

A terrace area features two lounge chairs and a small dining table with two chairs, surrounded by lush greenery. The flooring consists of terracotta tiles, and a railing provides a view of the natural surroundings under a clear blue sky.

Franck is a very responsive and friendly host; the accommodation is very clean and very functional; it is a stone's throw from the sea and the beaches but also close to the hiking departures in Esterel. It was a great stay!

We loved our two-week stay at Patrick’s Villa. Patrick is a great host and made our stay enjoyable. The Villa definitely rates a 5 out of 5! The views of the Mediterranean were spectacular. The Villa was well furnished and has a great kitchen. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice views. The Villa is very safe in a gated community and with its own driveway gate. The day before we checked in, Patrick sent me a message recommending that I park on the street since I would be unable to turn around if I drove up the driveway. Arriving at the Villa, I totally agreed with Patrick’s advice. The driveway is about 80 metres long, curvy and very steep. The street parking was very good and convenient. We also had great support locally from the woman who checked us in and out. She was absolutely charming, but she only spoke French and no English. Our French was limited so we had a few communications issues, but they all got sorted out. I would definitely rent Patrick’s Villa again!

Charming 2-room apartment, 2-min walk to the Calanques

Jacques' new, spacious and very modern apartment left nothing to be desired. We were very surprised by the very high-quality and more than complete equipment, as it certainly offers the possibility of a longer stay with self-catering. The set picture overlooking the sea made me believe that it can also be seen from the apartment. This is not the case, but once you cross the street, you will find various small paths to get to the water for swimming. Sandy beaches can also be found on the way further towards Saint Raphael Centrum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable 🤩 Dorothee and Hubertus 🤗

New and well-designed accommodation, in a gated area of good standing. Quiet environment and close to beaches and coves, within walking distance. Photos as described. Discreet, friendly, and caring owners (a bottle of rosé was waiting for us) Antonin who welcomed us is dynamic, responsive to our requests, and cares about the smooth running of our stay. A property worth recommending.
