A super deep tub for baths is luxurious. Starlink has been added for high speed internet access. The home is close to 5 ski mountains (50 min), within walking distance to cross-country ski trails, hiking, leaf peeping, snow machining, swimming, shopping & restaurants. There is a strict no pet policy.

Rochester House is near restaurants, trails, family-friendly activities, and lake beaches. It's convenient to many destinations, including, Hill Farmstead, Caspian Lake (beach) and Craftsbury. A short walk to the Farmer's Market, grocery stores, and most village restaurants. Downtown is .7 miles, 15 min walk. This may be too far in winter. There is a city plowed sidewalk all the way during snow season if needed. House of Pizza is only 2 blocks. We are in the village, please respect neighbors.

This is a very private mountain home surrounded by green and peace. Your private forest. Amazing Views. Very romantic. Open layout. Lots of light. Wood floors and electric heating. Very quiet, relaxing and cozy. It has a decompressing effect on it's guests. Perfect to rest your head. Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Amazing gourmet kitchen. WE HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Fly into Burlington and rent a car, it will be approximately a 40min. Drive to Middlesex.

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
