Our place has open views on all sides, with no neighbours to either side. It has independent, exclusive access from the street. It’s located in a unique community with a large private 4,000 m² garden that stretches all the way to the sea. The surrounding area is a marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling.

Fornells is a charming village which is a short drive or 25 minute walk away. The stunning beach Playa de Fornells is a short drive or 20 minute walk which is a must to visit.

Reaching Cala Tirant beach (1km) is a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute ride by car.
