The terraced house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor we find the living room, the kitchen / dining room, the patio with its dining, lounge and barbecue areas and an outdoor bathroom. In the first one is the night area with the two bedrooms and a bathroom en suite in a room. The house has been recently renovated and is in very good condition. Its dry stone walls are warm in winter and cool in summer. It also has air conditioning that in winter turns into heating.

In the rear part of the ground floor there is a cozy double bedroom with water bed, a bathroom and a small single bedroom. Upstairs there is another living room with mini-kitchen, a double and a single bedroom plus a bathroom with shower.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Es Jardí de Can Servera is a beautiful estate located on the outskirts of the lovely town of Santanyí. The house is within walking to a wide range of supermarkets and the picturesque town of Santanyí, where you can find a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as bakeries and a lovely traditional market. The beaches, on a short driving distance, are also a bonus, especially the natural park of s'Amarador.
