Its location, between sea and mountain, makes it special. The exterior of the ground floor consists of a swimming pool with shower and several fully furnished terraces (with sun loungers, tables, chairs, barbecue, etc.). The house is divided into two individually equipped floors. For more than 5 guests, you can enjoy the two floors of the Villa.

Now, you have the opportunity of being one of the first guest to stay in our charming place with private garden. The house is located in Cala Estancia, from one of the longest sandy beaches of the island, to the restaurants, bars and pubs of Arenal or Can Pastilla. It is only a 5 minutes walk to Puro, the famous beach club. Our house is also surrounded by different nautical clubs!
