Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and table soccer are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your peace, as the villa is somewhat secluded.

Lovely house which was very nice and clean. Francesco was very welcoming. Fantastic views from the roof terrace, you would ideally need to rent or own a car to get to the town or beach as this is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The town has plenty of restaurants to chose from and La Cinta beach was stunning, very crowded in August but if you walk further up the beach you can easily find plenty of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

nice house with a beautiful view from the living room and bedroom. clean, spacious bathroom. tricky parking in the area, very tight turns. you cannot park in the garage. the host was good at communicating and kindly let us check out later on the last day.

My friends and I had the most wonderful time at Carla's AirBnB. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The bedroom and bathrooms were perfect, and rooftop terrace gave us the most incredible view and place to relax.

Perfect spot for family vacation, very responsive and friendly host. Kitchen has everything you needed, coffee/espresso machine for stove top is available. Recommendation for a trip through Sardinia. 👍🏻

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

A very nice house, quiet and private located in a vineyard. A car is necessary to see the area, but a short distance from Cala Gonone and start the walking tour to gorrupu. Antonio responds quickly through the App and is very friendly.

We had a great time. Pier and his mother welcomed both of us with kindness and attention, they were incredibly sympathetic and caring throughout the stay. We suddenly felt really very comfortable in the house. The garden is great for kids, and the location of the house, close to the beach was what we needed. In short, a great stay. Thanks again Pier

Thanks to Françoise for the pleasant stay! We really enjoyed the cottage, the surroundings, the garden, etc. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday in Sardinia. We were two couples and a baby and the accommodation was perfect for this. The garden is pleasant and has a nice view of the surroundings. The village nearby has all the necessities: supermarket, bakery, restaurants and a little further on very beautiful beaches. We recommend!

We enjoyed it very much at Ginap. On our Sardinia trip, this was definitely the most beautiful accommodation, a sweet, lovingly designed, small cottage. The path to the beautiful beach was also easily doable with two small children. Gina was incredibly nice and accommodating and always responded immediately to our questions. We were even allowed to feed the turtles, a big highlight for the kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy check-in and check-out; beach and restaurant recommendations from the host were great; problems were resolved very quickly. Rental car required, however

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

This house is great. The view is amazing and, as an end unit in a complex, it feels very expansive. The pool is lovely and needed for those hot afternoons. All the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The rental staff is very helpful and attentive should any problems occur. We really enjoyed our time here!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!
