I had an amazing stay at this flat! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. ,Mr. Amr the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

C’était super, la piscine, le cadre et le quartier sont top. L’hôte et sa famille ont été très accueillant, à l’écoute et très réactifs. Nous les remercions beaucoup car notre séjour a été embelli par leur gentillesse et niveau de service. We stayed in this duplex apartment for a week, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey vibe. You can tell there’s a lot of care and attention to detail. It really felt like home from the moment we walked in. Hind was amazing to communicate with and always quick to reply and super helpful with tips about the area, which made everything so much easier for us. The location is great too and close to shops, cafes, and everything you might need, but still nice and quiet when you just want to relax. If you’re lucky enough to get a chance to stay here, take it! This place easily deserves 7 stars. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We truly enjoyed our stay there. The apartment is better than the description; with smart solutions. Waleed was very responsive and we felt right at home. Truly it was a joyous experience. I would highly recommend this apartment.

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Mr nasr & Ahmed were really helpful and kind with the instructions to the house and when we got there the place was really clean and honestly the location is just perfect not hard to find at all, this is definitely not my last visit there 🌟

Inas was very responsive and helped us alot. She allowed us to check in early and check out late. Everything was great and access to the pool and garden was just perfect for the kids. Location is great.

Het appartement was super goed, een van onze beste appartementen die wij hebben gehad, Mahmoud en zijn vrouw waren super lief en ze waren behulpzaam, de uitzicht was super en zeker samen met het privé zwembad. wij gaan het zeker in de toekomst terug naartoe. Een echte aanrader!

Maged was very welcoming and responsive. He even prepared snacks before my arrival. There is everything essential available in apartment for long stay. Overall my stay was comfortable and the area was quiet during night and away from main road. WiFi was very fast.

Awesome, spacious Airbnb in beautifully Zamalek. Great location, nice and walkable area. Good communication with host and security. Would come again

I really enjoyed the accommodation, it's a great place even better than the photos. Hosts are really very friendly and easy to communicate and helped us so much to make our stay even better. I'll come back again for sure.
