fantastische villa. zeer zeer ruim. alles heel compleet uitgerust. moderne keuken etc etc. enige waar je als huurder rekening mee moet houden is dat je eigenlijk alleen met de auto het terrein af kunt omdat je gelijk op de weg zit. even een wandelingetje vanuit huis is dus niet echt mogelijk of je loopt op een autoweg.

It’s a great appartement for families, beautiful and new, the area is only for people, no cars, so very safe for kids to run around to get to the playground which is to the left in front of the bulding. It’s on the 1st floor so you don’t bother anyone under. The enourmous beach is right there also, gym, supermarkets, you can also order anything on your phone as it gets delivered very fast. Shops close at siesta time every day. Bicyles to rent are amazing as you can pedal along the shore for miles enyoing amazing views. The appartement is dark so you can’t really see how is the wheather outside, or wake up naturally in the morning. Perfect place for a small holiday, I wouldn’t recommend it for long stays as the streets are rather busy and noisy in the high season, also all the air vents from some 6-8 AC’s are right under the twin bedroom, also very thin walls from the loud neighbours that come after midnight at home.

Toda la estancia ha sido perfecta. Ángela muy amable y atenta, comunicación genial y la llegada también. Nos recomendó restaurantes por la zona y genial. El lugar es precioso, en medio de la naturaleza, de la sierra, a 10 minutos de Arcos de la Frontera, a 1h de la playa de Conil por ejemplo. La zona de piscina un 10! El apartamento cómodo, con buen gusto e impecable la limpieza, un 10 también!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Manilva! The space was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the area. The balcony offered stunning views, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring we felt welcome and had everything we needed. We recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

The house is wonderful ,it’s close to the restaurants and has a grocery store across the street . It was just a five minute walk to the beautiful beach . We really enjoyed the back yard and so did our pups ! Thanks for sharing your comfy cozy home with us ! We had a great time ! Thanks so much :))

La casa muy acogedora tal y como está en el anuncio, el anfitrión muy atento y amable ante cualquier consulta, fuimos en familia y estuvimos muy agusto con el servició ofrecido, la zona un lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse y despejarte del ruido de la ciudad.

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. El alojamiento es muy nuevo e impecable, decorado con mucho gusto. La zona es muy tranquila, muy cerquita de la playa y algunos restaurantes. También se puede llegar rápidamente en coche a Zahara pueblo. Además, Teresa ha sido en todo momento súper amable y disponible cuando teníamos alguna duda. Volveré sin duda!!

Een heel fijn verblijf, in een zeer rustige omgeving, met toch heel wat te doen, als je wilt : fijne strandbeleving in El Palmar of de Cala van Roche - of verder de fijne ‘tonijnstadjes Barbate en Zahara’.
