This property was perfect for our stay in el puerto de santa maria. Host Antonio and his wife were lovely, and answered any questions required in a timely manner. The property is exactly as advertised. We stayed at 5 adults, which may have been cramped for a longer stay but was perfect for what we required it for. everything that is needed is there, such as towels, shampoo and kitchen utensils. pool and rooftop area was an added bonus. pool cleaned twice a week and amazing views of the area. would definitely stay again.

Nataly es un agran anfitriona que estuvo pendiente en todo momento que estuviéramos cómodos e incluso me facilito muchas cosas para mí bebé. La casa me gustó mucho, las camas cómodas, las duchas muy agradables con buena presión del agua, todo de calidad!!! Los exteriores muy bonitos y tranquilos, con vistas a la piscina. Perfekter geht es nicht! Ein zauberhaftes Apartment, ein Rooftop mit super Ausstattung und fantastischem Sonnenuntergang, und eine großartige Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Bars direkt in der Nähe (und im Nebenhaus die beste Pasteleria). Nidia war einfach ein Schatz, superfreundlich und immer sofort erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder nach Cadiz kommen, dann auf jeden Fall hierher. 1000 Dank!

Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

El apartamento super coqueto,todo nuevo,el recinto de piscina muy amplio y bonito. Zona tranquila y tan sólo cruzar la calle tienes una playa super buena. Las instrucciones para recoger las llaves fueron muy claras. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos,q volveremos a repetir sin duda. Muy recomendable.

Alojamiento totalmente equipado en pleno centro de conil, a 50 metros del arco de la villa y a 5 min de la playa. El trato con pepa fue siempre agradable.

Het appartement van Sheggs zag er netjes uit en ligt op een prima locatie. Uiteraard mag de schoonmaakster de plintjes eens doen want daar lag veel stof op. Helaas hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van het binnenzwembad door het ontbreken van een sleutel. Daarnaast konden we bijna geen gebruik maken van de tv omdat zijn (netflix, disney etc.) accounts qua abonnement verlopen waren. Alleen Youtube was mogelijk. Verder is het goed om te weten dat er binnen camera's hangen. Wij hebben het opgelost door er iets over heen te hangen. Sheggs reageerde direct en dacht mee met zaken. Wat me echter wel tegenstaat en dit is ook de eerste keer dat ik het zo meemaak is dat je het gevoel krijgt dat wanneer je iets 'fout' doet (bijvoorbeeld per ongeluk alarm laat afgaan, te vroeg inchecked of te laat uitchecked dat je direct geconfronteerd wordt met een boete. Ik begrijp het wel vanuit de verhuurder echter kan dit ook anders beschreven worden waardoor je een betere klantbeleving krijgt.
