Cabin vacation rentals in Caddo lake

Lovely place with an even lovelier dock and screened-in patio. We were there during pollen season, so the furniture had to be dusted off, but that was out of the owner’s control. Inside the cabin was beautiful and nicely accommodated. We reported a few small issues with the TV and door in the master bedroom and never got a response from the owners, but I’d still come back and stay at this place again! One note: this place is very hard to find at night. I do NOT recommend checking in for the first time after dark.

This AirBnB and it's hosts were wonderful! It is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful location. The cottage was very clean, cozy and perfect for our family. When our vehicle decided to break down after arriving, Michael was compassionate and generously accommodative to help us stay another night until we could get it repaired. We all enjoyed our time and look forward to coming again! Thank y'all again for everything!

Our stay was very relaxing, just what was needed during spring break and a getaway from all the turmoil. There is adequate cell coverage (T-Mobile, allowed for calls when needed.) There is no seperate wi-fi service but that is a refreshing plus. There is Dish TV if you really have to tune in to the talking-heads telling us how bad things are. Or, you can relax, read by the river; bring a guitar 'n make music on deck or in a screened room. OH! Chalk paintings on the driveway! :) Fun stuff. Kayaks are also available. Tours of the bayou and lake available, we used Aaron of Mystic Tours and had a great time. Keith has the number available in a large binder that with history of the area (a very good read if you take the time, for instance: Steamboats used to ply the waters through to Jefferson). There is also a photo album of the house construction that is pretty cool to thumb through. It is about a 30 minute drive to historic Jefferson which is a nice day trip.

Host was awesome! The house was amazing to stay in and very nice views of the water. We would love to stay again.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and how close to the water it was. The bed was very comfortable and there was even coffe available fir my husband, we forgot to pack some. The only cons in our opinion was the lack of a path down the hill to the cabin. This could be a problem for those with mobility issues or if the ground was wet.

We spent three nights at Eve's cabin in mid-April. It was SO much more than listed, the photos don't do it justice. The house was spotless. LOVED the layout and it was decorated so perfectly, exactly as you would expect a cabin to be. It was just perfect for a weekend getaway. So peaceful and quiet. We spent most of our time on the deck, enjoying the peace and quiet. We fished a little, but mostly just sat and watched the water go by! We will definitely be visiting again.

This was a great place for a relaxing weekend on Caddo lake. Our first time visiting and won’t be the last. The entire house was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed. The dock and outdoor scenery being in the trees was the best part. So tranquil and an unforgettable experience.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Property is updated and modern with many small touches which we appreciated considering it is so far away from stores, specifically the kitchen and the little extras most hosts do not include i.e. zip lock bags, spices, coffee. Would recommend and return. Kids (ages 7-16) had a great time.

This place was awesome. Me and my wife went for two days, winded up, extending our stay another night. Lots of activities to do in the water and out of the water. We had absolutely no issues at all, except for having to leave 😂. The cabin, the lake house and the hot tub were all amazing if you book this place I promise you, you will have a blast and will not regret it!!!

Perfect relaxing get away spot. Me and my fiancé loved this perfect to rekindle and take in nature. Would definitely want to come back.

The Whiskey Barrel cabin at Caddo was a perfect spring break retreat. The guys loved kayaking to the linked lakes seeing otters, gorgeous little blue herons, the living fossil bowfin fish and a pileated woodpecker. The cabin and detached playroom were GORGEOUSLY decorated allowing me several places indoor and out to recuperate from surgery with lovely views of the water. and majestic cypress and pines. I was joined by a nesting pair of Carolina wrens for my morning coffee. We enjoyed cast netting and fishing off the water level deck and I caught a beautiful large mouth bass. The cabin had plenty of lounge areas with perfectly placed lighting for reading. My husband loved his “office” in the lounge chairs and relaxing in the hot tub after days of paddling. Will boom again! Me and my husband live only an hour and a half away from Rebecca’s place. We wanted to get away for his birthday. I saw the soaking tubs at Rebecca’s place and knew it was the one. Close enough to town and far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The bed was wonderfully comfortable the cabin was so lovely and comfy! And the sauna and soaking tubs gave us such a relaxing time! The drinking water is well water and Rebecca did warn us it wasn’t the best tasting. My only regret is I should’ve brought some bottled water with us. Was our first time using composting toilets, not a bad experience just different. :) We loved the surrounding trees and how peaceful and just wonderful the space was if you’re considering booking one of Rebecca’s cabins I totally encourage you to do so! Would love to return and book again in the future! Also she’s very quick to respond to messages as well!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. Place was so clean and elegant worth staying here. Highly recommend!

What wonderful hosts and such a serene place to stay! Between, what I like to call the reflection/meditation benches around the property and the peaceful atmosphere… oh and let’s not forget the dogs! It’s absolutely great! Could not have asked nor imagined a better place in that part of Texas! When I’m back that way my I’ll be looking for availability at Cary and Debby’s! This place was beyond wonderful. The extra amenities made the stay extra special. The unit was nice and clean and the property was very well maintained. It was very quiet and peaceful! Lori is by far, one of the best hostesess that I have encountered! Overall, this was an amazing stay. 10/10, I would definitely recommend!!!
