What a fantastic property! Private, beautiful, comfortable, beds were amazing. It was so wonderful to have good, solid and comfortable furniture instead of uncomfortable spindly IKEA furniture like so many properties. Our favorite place on the property was the screened in back porch with windows you could open and close. The only problem was it was so wonderful that we didn’t want to leave to do the things we were supposed to be doing. The hosts were amazing. Sweet and helpful, and great communicators. Can’t wait to come back!

Needed a place to escape the hustle and bustle and connect with my Heavenly Father and this place was just that! Mike put so much thought and love into this property. Loved watching all the wild life including the family of raccoons who love the bird feeder. Enjoyed an evening walk on the trails and saw so many momma cows with thier young. Mike even took the time out of his day to come refill the birdseed and just chat to get to know one another, and his pup is precious! Highly recommend this place!!!!

Markie’s place was nothing short of amazing. Very clean, quiet, and cozy. She was a great host and I’d definitely recommend her place! 10/10.

This place was absolutely perfect, especially since there are so few options in the area. It felt so clean and incredibly homey—like staying at your family’s house or even grandma’s, in the coziest way possible. If you’re visiting family or attending an event nearby and don’t want to deal with driving long distances for hotels, this is the spot. The host was very responsive, which was great. A minor issue was that not all the outlets worked, and chargers tended to fall out, but I bought an extension cord/power strip, which solved the problem. Check-out was super easy, and the instructions were refreshingly simple—not like other places where you feel like you’re doing all the cleaning. I’ll definitely book here again anytime I need to stay in the area. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for hunting trip. Nothing fancy, felt like I was back home in my own hunting camp. Very close to the lake.

We love staying here! I can’t wait to visit again.
