A great place, everything automated and we didn't depend on anyone to access the apartment, for me and my wife that was amazing. The building itself has everything, thus making the stay even better. Gym, laundry, a beautiful terrace and a mini-market where you yourself make and pay for your shopping yourself. The apartment is very complete, comfortable and safe, we feel very good, we are very comfortable in the apartment and in the building itself.

I had surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees are polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The restaurant in the building is an extra plus when you can't go somewhere else, homemade food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice are always available to answer any questions. I really liked the apartment, it's very spacious, cozy, and the location is great. The kitchen is complete, it has everything you need. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a good shower. The TVs, both in the living room and in the bedroom, are great, and the one in the living room is huge. The bedroom has a very large wardrobe, and the bed is spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host, Alexandre, was very good. He responds quickly and is always willing to help. There was a blackout as a result of the heavy rains, and he was ready to open protocols with the electric company. I would definitely stay again.

Marcelo's apartment is great! We like everything: decoration, comfort and cleaning, as well as location and communication with Marcelo. There's nothing to complain about! The attention to detail is very clear. We will definitely stay in this apartment again when we return to Porto Alegre.
